We're expanding our AI team and looking for a Middle AI/ML Engineer passionate about LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Generative AI. You'll work on solutions that will shape the future of sales automation for thousands of users across the US market.
You’ll join a compact and experienced Generative AI R&D team led by engineers with backgrounds in ML research, MLOps, and SaaS product development. We value ownership, autonomy, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize AI-powered solutions for real-time sales workflow automation.
- Build MVPs, PoCs, and experimental features using LLMs and generative tools.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to identify high value use cases.
- Contribute to innovation culture and share learnings within the AI team.
Must have
- Solid Python skills and deep understanding of LLMs / Transformers.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, ReAct agents, or working with APIs like OpenAI, Cohere, etc.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Portfolio of ML work (e.g., GitHub repos, Kaggle profile, or research publications).
- Product-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LangChain, MLOps, or Apache Kafka.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B product companies.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
