About the Role
We’re opening a Marketing Project Manager role to support the marketing team with planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects across multiple channels.
This role is a great fit for a junior or early middle specialist who wants to grow in marketing operations and project management within a product IT company.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and external contractors to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects end-to-end (content initiatives, campaigns, launches, website updates, events, etc.)
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns
- Track progress, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple marketing initiatives
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors or freelancers
- Help prioritize marketing tasks based on business goals and urgency
- Ensure marketing deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards
- Identify risks, blockers, and propose solutions to keep projects on track
- Support process improvement, documentation, and better collaboration within the marketing team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role
- Basic understanding of digital marketing processes (content, campaigns, branding, product marketing)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a structured approach to work
- English at least Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)
- Experience with task/project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar) is a plus
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow
