    We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. 
    This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns (primarily Google Ads, with exposure to LinkedIn Ads), driving high-quality B2B leads, and continuously improving ROI.

    This is an in-house role where you will have full ownership of performance marketing — from strategy to execution, testing, and optimization.

    • Create and oversee high-impact content across formats: blog posts, landing pages, guides, playbooks; video scripts, product walkthroughs, email sequences; gated assets, reports, and partner content 
    • Research competitors (e.g. Gong, Clari, SalesLoft, Outreach) and identify clear positioning and differentiation opportunities 
    • Lead SEO strategy, adapting it to evolving search behavior, including AI-powered search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), LLM discovery (ChatGPT, AI assistants, etc.)
