We are looking for an experienced Anti-Fraud Manager to take ownership of fraud prevention and risk management across our crypto gambling platform.

You will be responsible for identifying fraudulent behavior, investigating suspicious activity, developing risk rules, and building effective anti-fraud processes across the entire player journey — from acquisition and registration to deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands crypto gambling, player behavior, affiliate traffic, payments, and modern fraud schemes and is comfortable building and improving anti-fraud processes from the ground up.

Requirements & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Anti-Fraud / Risk Management in the gambling industry
• Hands-on experience in crypto gambling
• Strong understanding of casino and/or sportsbook fraud risks
• Experience working with SoftSwiss, BetBy, or similar gambling platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of user and transaction data

• Monitor affiliate traffic and identify fraudulent acquisition patterns

• Investigate incentivized traffic, fake FTDs, multi-accounting, and other affiliate abuse
• Work with tracking data, including SubIDs, S2S postbacks, and pixel tracking

• Identify abnormal traffic sources and provide recommendations on traffic quality

   

KYC / AML

• Investigate suspicious accounts and transactions
• Review KYC documentation when required
• Analyze source of funds and other risk indicators
• Escalate potentially high-risk cases and coordinate appropriate actions
• Communicate with players when additional verification or clarification is required

Process & Development

• Build investigation workflows and internal anti-fraud procedures

We are looking for a talented 2D Animator / Spine Animator to join our team and help create engaging visual experiences for instant games.

In this role, you will bring characters, environments, objects, and user interfaces to life through high-quality animations. You will work closely with artists, UI designers, game designers, and developers to create polished, dynamic, and visually appealing gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and animate 2D characters, objects, environments, and UI elements using Spine 2D.
• Build and maintain animation rigs for characters and interactive game assets.
• Polish animations by refining timing, anticipation, smoothness, readability, and overall visual quality.
• Design and implement visual effects, particles, and motion graphics to enhance gameplay and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with artists, UI designers, game designers, and developers to ensure animations are implemented effectively.
• Optimize animation workflows and maintain consistency across multiple game projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spine 2D.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
• Commercial experience creating animations for web applications, or games.
• Experience working on game projects, preferably in online, instant, casual, casino, or mobile games.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, anticipation, smoothness, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating character, environment, object, and UI animations.
• Strong knowledge of VFX, particle systems, and motion graphics workflows.
• Experience working in a commercial game development studio or production environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating animation work for games, web products, or other interactive digital experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on instant games, casino games, casual games, or mobile games.
• Understanding of game development pipelines and asset optimization.
• Experience integrating animations into game engines.
• Knowledge of UI/UX animation best practices.

• Глибоке розуміння цифрових продуктів (web/app), їх життєвого циклу, воронок, retention, LTV, монетизації
• Досвід роботи з SQL (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake тощо), впевнене написання складних запитів
• Знання Python / R для аналітики, обробки даних та побудови моделей
• Практичний досвід з A/B-тестами: дизайн, статистична перевірка, інтерпретація
• Володіння інструментами візуалізації (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase або аналогами)
• Розуміння продуктових метрик (DAU/WAU/MAU, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, conversion, retention, engagement)

• Знання основ економетрики, статистики та ймовірностей (p-value, confidence intervals, z/t-тести, causal inference - бажано)

   

Аналітичні та бізнес-навички:

• Вміння перетворювати бізнес-запити у вимірювані гіпотези та дослідження
• Формування дашбордів та аналітичних звітів для продактів, маркетологів, менеджменту
• Здатність працювати з великими наборами даних та знаходити інсайти

• Орієнтація на impact - пріоритизація задач за бізнес-цінністю

   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у маркетинговій аналітиці (CPI, CPA, ROAS)
• Знання експериментальних методологій (Bayesian A/B-тести, uplift-моделі)
• Розуміння data engineering pipeline (ETL/ELT, Airflow, dbt)

• Бекграунд у game analytics / e-commerce / fintech
