We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist / Consultant to join our team and help international clients get more value from HubSpot.

You will combine hands-on HubSpot work with project coordination and client communication. You’ll help clients improve their HubSpot setup, translate business requirements into practical solutions, coordinate implementation with our internal specialists, and make sure projects keep moving forward.

You will work closely with a Client Lead or Account Manager, who owns the overall client relationship and commercial responsibility.

What you’ll do

• Set up, optimize, and improve HubSpot across different Hubs, with a clear focus on business value and practical outcomes.
• Build and improve workflows, lead management processes, lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, lists, reporting, and automations.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into practical HubSpot solutions.
• Coordinate implementation with internal specialists across marketing, content, design, and development.
• Structure tasks, manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and keep HubSpot projects moving forward.
• Participate in client meetings, present progress, explain recommendations, and create clarity around what we are doing and why.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and changes proactively.
• Follow up on results and make sure clients feel informed and confident about the progress.
• Work closely with the Client Lead / Account Manager rather than owning the commercial client relationship independently.

We believe you have

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Practical experience with workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, lists, reporting, and CRM automation.
• Experience working on client-facing HubSpot or CRM projects.
• Confidence participating in client meetings and explaining technical or process-related recommendations.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage several client projects.
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical technical or operational solutions.
• The ability to manage expectations and push back constructively when needed.
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Experience working remotely with international teams and clients is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• HubSpot certifications.
• Experience working across multiple HubSpot Hubs, such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, or Content Hub.
• Experience with HubSpot integrations and data migration.
• Experience delivering HubSpot training or workshops.
• Previous experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or similar client-service environment.
• Experience working with developers and understanding APIs, integrations, or technical requirements.
• You have an active Ukrainian sole proprietorship (FOP) or are willing to register one before starting the role.
