We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist / Consultant to join our team and help international clients get more value from their CRM and digital tools.

You don't need to be a HubSpot expert from day one. We are looking for someone with good English, strong analytical and communication skills, and some experience working with CRM systems, customers, or business processes.

You will work closely with our Client Lead / Account Manager and internal specialists to understand client needs, find practical solutions, and help move projects forward.

What you'll do

• Work with HubSpot and other CRM-related tasks as part of client projects.
• Understand client needs and help translate them into practical solutions.
• Communicate with clients, ask questions, clarify requirements, and explain solutions.
• Coordinate tasks with our marketing, content, design, and development specialists.
• Help organize priorities, follow up on tasks, and keep projects moving.
• Identify potential issues and communicate them proactively.
• Learn and develop your HubSpot knowledge with support from the team.

We believe you have

• Good spoken and written English (B2 or higher).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with clients or colleagues.
• Some experience working with a CRM system — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar.
• Basic understanding of how CRM systems are used to manage customers, leads, sales, or business processes.
• Ability to organize your own work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and develop your HubSpot expertise.
• An active Ukrainian FOP or willingness to register one before starting the role.

HubSpot experience is an advantage, but it is not a must.

Experience in customer service, sales support, account management, business analysis, onboarding, or project coordination can also be relevant.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with CRM automation, workflows, pipelines, or reporting.
• Experience with Marketing, Sales, Service, or Content Hub.
• Experience working with international clients or teams.
• Experience working in a digital agency, consultancy, or technology company.
• HubSpot certifications.
