Main Responsibilities

Продуктове лідерство та стратегія

— Формування та реалізація продуктового roadmap по всіх брендах

— Генерація фіч, оптимізація conversion funnels та player lifecycle management

— Запуск нових напрямів та розвиток існуючих брендів

— Прийняття стратегічних рішень на основі аналітики та поведінки гравців

Revenue стратегії та зростання

— Повна відповідальність за NGR, депозити, бонусну механіку та conversion по всіх брендах

— Побудова масштабованих стратегій монетизації з фокусом на LTV та повторні депозити

— Пошук нових точок зростання в операційному та revenue напрямку

Операційне управління

— Oversight casino conditions, бонусних механік та операційних параметрів

— Впровадження AI-рішень та автоматизацій усередині департаменту

— Забезпечення мультиплатформенної операційної логіки

Управління командою

— Керування кросфункціональною командою ~30+ людей: casino management, retention/VIP, CRM, operations, creative

— Розвиток системи performance review, мотивації та розширення команд

— Визначення командної моделі під мультиплатформенне оперування

Кроскомандна взаємодія

— Синхронізація з ключовими департаментами для досягнення планових показників

— Взаємодія з CEO щодо стратегії та KPI

Цілі на випробувальний термін

— Аудит та занурення (перші 30 днів). Повне розуміння P&L структури та всіх брендів. Карта команди, ролей та виявлених bottlenecks Аудит team readiness до мультиплатформенного оперування

— Визначення стратегії подальшого розвитку

— Запуск нових напрямків. Забезпечення цільових показників конверсії по новому трафіку. Retention у нормі. Прийняття рішеннь по командній моделі

— Операційна ефективність. Впровадження AI-інструментів в операційний pipeline. Досягнення основних показників визначених на старті

Mandatory Requirements

— 3+ роки в iGaming на leadership позиціях (Head of Product / Director / CPO / CRO або суміжне)

— 5+ років загального management досвіду

— Підтверджений досвід масштабування NGR / Revenue метрик — особиста відповідальність за цифри

— Практичний досвід роботи на White Label платформах у B2C iGaming Casino на Tier-1 або Tier-2 ринках

— Глибоке розуміння casino operations, бонусних механік та conversion funnels зсередини

— Досвід запуску нових напрямів та підготовки інфраструктури до цього

— Досвід побудови операційних процесів у середовищі швидкого росту

— Досвід роботи з кількома платформами одночасно

— Досвід управління командами від 30+ людей, включаючи менеджерів

— Фінансова грамотність: розуміння P&L, бюджетування, планування

— Практичне використання AI-інструментів у щоденній роботі

— Англійська B1+

— Виключно B2B досвід без B2C iGaming

— Виключно Tier-3 ринки (Африка, крипто, Азія без Tier-1)

— Досвід лише на turnkey платформах без White Label

— Досвід лише одного провайдера за всю кар’єру

— Result Orientation. Оцінювати успіх через бізнес-метрики: NGR, conversion rate, retention, LTV. Утримувати фокус на пріоритетах в умовах паралельних запусків. Доводити ініціативи до вимірюваного фінансового результату

— Бізнес-мислення та Stakeholder Management. Приймати рішення з позиції ROI та інтересів бізнесу. Мислити категоріями бюджету, unit economics та стратегічних пріоритетів

— Особиста відповідальність та ініціатива. Брати ownership результату. Ескалювати та передбачати ризики вчасно

— Adaptability & Resilience. Зберігати операційну ефективність і стратегічний вектор в умовах невизначеності та швидкого масштабування. Утримувати команду в стані фокусу під час організаційних змін і турбулентності
