We are looking for a Drug Discovery Project Manager to strengthen the coordination and operational support of our projects. In this role, you will help ensure that project workflows run smoothly, documentation and compliance standards are maintained, and communication between scientific, commercial, and client-facing teams remains consistent. This position is well-suited for someone who combines strong organizational skills with an interest in drug discovery and AI-driven research.

Project Workflow Coordination: Oversee the coordination of drug discovery project workflows, ensuring adherence to established processes, regulatory frameworks, and internal guidelines.

Knowledge & Documentation Management: Work on refining internal documentation, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines; ensure clear communication and accessibility of operational resources across teams.

Operational Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update operational tracking systems, including project monitoring tables and operational Jira boards; prepare regular progress reports for senior management and project leads.

Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Project Managers, Drug Discovery, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth coordination between scientific and business objectives.

Client Onboarding & Support: Monitor client onboarding progress from the preliminary research stage through proposal preparation and subsequent project phases; support communication with clients when needed

Documentation Oversight: Review and ensure consistency of project documentation, including proposals, work orders; oversee document version control and adherence to standards.

Strategic Alignment and Meeting Support: Participate in regular planning meetings and retrospectives to align operational processes with broader project and company goals; actively drive optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Support planning meetings by drafting agendas, preparing summaries, tracking action items; contribute to workflow corrections and process adjustments.

Process Optimization & Problem-solving: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions, and developing proactive solutions for operational and regulatory challenges.

Requirements

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences) or a related field; Master’s preferred
• Basic familiarity with drug‑discovery workflows (medicinal chemistry, in vitro/in vivo assays) and AI‑driven modeling concepts

Experience & Technical Skills

• 1+ years of experience supporting R&D projects
• Hands‑on use of project‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent) 
• Strong data‑tracking aptitude: comfortable updating databases/registries and extracting metrics for status reports

Project Management & Compliance

• Working knowledge of SOPs and quality standards; able to ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements
• Basic risk‑assessment skills, with the ability to identify, flag, and escalate scientific or operational issues proactively

Interpersonal & Organizational Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at coordinating across biology, chemistry, computational modeling, and AI teams
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with experience drafting agendas, meeting summaries, and tracking action items
• Collaborative mindset; comfortable participating in retrospectives and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives
• English language proficiency at level B2 or higher

We are looking for a ML Researcher to develop new drug design workflows. This role focuses on prototyping algorithms, testing ideas, and building tools that integrate directly into our platforms.

Required qualifications

Scientific background

• Strong understanding of supramolecular chemistry and structural biology.
• Solid knowledge of molecular biophysics and biomolecular recognition. 
• Experience in protein structure modeling and evaluation.

Technical skills

• Strong Python programming skills (functions, classes, data structures) and experience with core analytical Python packages (NumPy, Pandas, etc.)
• Familiarity with PyTorch and GPU-based computing. 
• Experience with Conda environments. 
• Understanding of ML/DL concepts and model evaluation metrics.

We are seeking a strong Software Developer to join our team working on Receptor AI Web, a cutting-edge molecular visualization and drug discovery platform. You will primarily work on our React/TypeScript frontend, with opportunities to contribute to the full-stack architecture.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of legal and commercial documents at Receptor AI. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, audit readiness, accurate documentation, and clear legal communication with internal teams and external clients. You will act as the central point of control for contract management, document tracking, and legal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Document Management

• Manage all document types (NDAs, MSAs, WOs, CNAs, RA, extensions, terminations, etc.)
• Ensure all executed documents are properly stored, named, and versioned
• Register all agreements, create and fill in documents according to templates 
• Maintain and update the Commercial Document Tracking system
• Create and maintain client folder structures upon NDA initiation
• Enforce strict naming conventions and version control

Workflow Oversight & Approvals

• Track legal team feedback, approvals, and pending actions
• Coordinate document status and approvals across Legal, BD, PM, and Operations

DocuSign Management

• Manage the full DocuSign process
• Send agreements for signature to the CEO and external parties once legally approved
• Track completed envelopes and signature status

Legal Correspondence

• Handle client correspondence related to legal and contractual matters
• Ensure accurate, timely communication between clients, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Support clarification of contractual terms and procedural questions

Weekly Audits

• Audit DocuSign activity (completed and pending envelopes)
• Audit CRM records related to contracts and legal documentation
• Reconcile discrepancies between executed agreements and the shared drive

Compliance Enforcement

• Identify and manually file missing documents
• Correct naming, versioning, and folder placement errors
• Report recurring compliance gaps to the Head of Operations and CEO
• Coordinate with BD and PM teams to resolve documentation issues
• Enforce, update, and improve SOPs and training documentation as needed
