We’re looking for a structured and execution-focused Project Manager to bring clarity, discipline, and consistent delivery to our software development process (Scrum framework).

What you will do

• Oversee and manage daily team activities;
• Organize and run Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives;  
• Align the sprint scope with the team's capacity;
• Ensure backlog clarity and execution readiness;  
• Support Epic breakdown into Stories and Tasks; 
• Track sprint progress and delivery predictability;  
• Surface blockers and risks early;  
• Maintain scope control during sprints;  
• Facilitate structured team communication;  
• Own and maintain execution process documentation;  
• Improve clarity and scalability of operational workflows.

What we are looking for

Required:

• 3+ years in Project / Delivery Management in a product company;
• Strong experience with backlog management and sprint coordination;
• Ability to work with product requirements and translate them into structured execution;
• Experience with Jira or similar tools;
• Structured, disciplined, and proactive mindset;
• Strong facilitation and communication skills;

• English proficiency B1+.

   

Nice to Have:

• Solid understanding of product development processes and lifecycle;
• Background or working knowledge in biology and/or chemistry;
• Experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or AI-driven scientific platforms.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our team working on innovative bioinformatics and computational biology projects. You will primarily work on our core backend services and microservices architecture, with opportunities to contribute across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Python (FastAPI/Flask)

- Work with biological data processing pipelines and proteomics workflows

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various data sources

- Collaborate on database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy)

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

- Debug and optimize existing codebase for performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing complex web applications, turning ambiguous requirements into clear product flows, and collaborating closely with domain experts.

What You’ll Do

Product and experience design

• Own end to end design for key product areas, from discovery to final UI and developer handoff.
• Translate user needs into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high fidelity designs.
• Design for complex workflows, including multi step processes, data heavy screens, and power user features.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts quickly and align stakeholders.

Design systems and collaboration

• Build and maintain a consistent design system in Figma, including components, patterns, and documentation.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to scope solutions, define requirements, and support delivery.
• Produce clear handoff materials, including specifications, states, edge cases, and responsive behavior.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design for web based products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product thinking and shipped work.
• Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries, variants, and prototyping.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products, enterprise solutions, or data rich interfaces.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
• English proficiency B2+.
• Curiosity and readiness to learn biology and chemistry concepts to design domain specific workflows.

  - Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript

  - Work with 3D molecular visualization using NGL library

  - Integrate with RESTful APIs for chemical compound data

  - Optimize performance for large datasets and real-time rendering

  - Debug and refactor existing codebase for better maintainability

Required Qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  - 1.5+ year of professional software development experience

  - Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript

  - Solid understanding of React hooks and modern React patterns

  - Experience with state management solutions (Redux preferred)

  - Proficiency with version control systems (Git)
