About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of legal and commercial documents at Receptor AI. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, audit readiness, accurate documentation, and clear legal communication with internal teams and external clients. You will act as the central point of control for contract management, document tracking, and legal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Document Management

• Manage all document types (NDAs, MSAs, WOs, CNAs, RA, extensions, terminations, etc.);
• Ensure all executed documents are properly stored, named, and versioned;
• Register all agreements, create and fill in documents according to templates;
• Maintain and update the Commercial Document Tracking system;
• Create and maintain client folder structures upon NDA initiation;
• Enforce strict naming conventions and version control;

Workflow Oversight & Approvals

• Track legal team feedback, approvals, and pending actions;
• Coordinate document status and approvals across Legal, BD, PM, and Operations;

DocuSign Management

• Manage the full DocuSign process;
• Send agreements for signature to the CEO and external parties once legally approved;
• Track completed envelopes and signature status;

Legal Correspondence

• Handle client correspondence related to legal and contractual matters;
• Ensure accurate, timely communication between clients, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders;
• Support clarification of contractual terms and procedural questions;

Weekly Audits

• Audit DocuSign activity (completed and pending envelopes);
• Audit CRM records related to contracts and legal documentation;
• Reconcile discrepancies between executed agreements and the shared drive;

Compliance Enforcement

• Identify and manually file missing documents;
• Correct naming, versioning, and folder placement errors;
• Report recurring compliance gaps to the Head of Operations and CEO;
• Coordinate with BD and PM teams to resolve documentation issues;
• Enforce, update, and improve SOPs and training documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Computational Biology, or a related field;
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Comfort working with executives and cross-functional teams;
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously;
• English proficiency B2+;
• Ability to work independently and enforce internal standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience in contract administration, legal operations, or document management;
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle and compliance processes;
• Experience working with DocuSign and CRM systems.

About the role
Receptor.AI is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our outbound business development efforts and help expand relationships with prospective clients and partners. This role is focused on identifying relevant companies, reaching out to decision makers, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for the team.

This position is a strong fit for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable with outbound outreach, and interested in working with an innovative AI driven company in the drug discovery space.

What you’ll do

• Research target companies and identify relevant decision makers across pharma, biotech, and related sectors;
• Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with the company’s commercial priorities;
• Run outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels;
• Personalize messaging for different company types, functions, and use cases;
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain outreach sequences;
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on relevance, interest, and potential fit;
• Help move prospects from first contact to scheduled introduction calls;
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date;
• Track outreach activity, lead status, responses, and next steps;
• Monitor pipeline progress and support follow up discipline across opportunities;
• Share feedback on outreach performance, objections, and messaging effectiveness.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our team working on innovative bioinformatics and computational biology projects. You will primarily work on our core backend services and microservices architecture, with opportunities to contribute across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Python (FastAPI/Flask)

- Work with biological data processing pipelines and proteomics workflows

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various data sources

- Collaborate on database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy)

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

- Debug and optimize existing codebase for performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 1+ year of professional software development experience

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Understanding of RESTful API design principles

- Experience with version control systems (Git)

- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

- Biology/Bioinformatics background - Understanding of molecular biology, proteomics, or computational biology concepts

- Frontend experience - Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and modern web development

- Machine Learning knowledge - Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- DevOps understanding - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment practices

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio)

- Understanding of data processing pipelines

- Experience with scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas)
