Python Automation Masters

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (remote).

We work mostly in the domains of data automation, web scraping, Python-based SaaS tools, API integrations and AI-driven internal systems.
 

Our ideal candidate is not a junior, but also not an “enterprise-level” BA - someone practical, structured, and focused on delivery.
Our priority is specialists from Ukraine, but we are also open to candidates within Europe (ukranians) 

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to clarify requirements and define business goals
• Conduct discovery phases for automation, scraping, AI and Python-based projects
• Prepare project documentation:
  • BRD
  • SRS / functional specifications
  • User stories
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Flow diagrams & system logic 
• Translate business needs into technical tasks for developers
• Collaborate with PM and tech team to define scope, estimate efforts and break down features
• Support development team during implementation (clarifications, small adjustments)
• Participate in calls with clients together with PM/sales
• Ensure requirements remain aligned with business goals during the entire project lifecycle

  Hard skills & tools:
• Experience as a BA in IT (min. 1.5-3+ years)
• Understanding of automation, scraping, web apps, APIs, or AI (not deep technical, but confident)
• Experience preparing BRD / SRS / user stories
• Knowledge of BA modeling techniques (UML, BPMN)
• Strong skills in structuring information
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (you will work with English-speaking clients)
