Responsibilities:

• Coordinating 5+ developers
• Managing 5+ projects
• Planning and controlling execution timelines
• Monitoring team workload
• Regular sync-ups with clients
• Upselling on projects
• Participating in pre-sales
• Creating project use cases and presentations (using existing templates)

Required skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a project manager
• Upper Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
• Upwork account (or ability to create one)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proactivity, initiative, and strong communication skills
• Technical education is an advantage

Additional advantages:

• Understanding of scraping topics
• Negotiation skills, especially in sales
• Basic knowledge of:
