Join our PwC team to colaborate on various projects for some of the most recognized companies worldwide. As a Power Platform Developer, you will support the development and configure pre-built Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) according to guidelines. 

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate, both Cloud and Desktop versions;
• Skilled in designing, developing, and managing automated workflows and processes;
• Experienced in integrating Power Automate with Microsoft services like PowerApp, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365;
• Competent in troubleshooting and optimizing workflows for enhanced efficiency and performance;
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions;
• Familiarity with other scripting languages such as UiPath, .Net, C#, JavaScript is advantageous;

Main responsibilities:

• Developing innovative solutions for our clients by leveraging cutting-edge data science, machine learning, and AI technologies;
• Developing intelligent assistants using the latest large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Falcon 2, LLAMA 3, Mixtral), employing Retrieval Augmented Generation techniques, and utilizing agent frameworks (e.g., Langraph, CrewAI);
• Utilizing AI expertise to recommend the most effective technical approaches and solution architectures for addressing business challenges;
• Leading data science project teams of 1-5 members, managing small to medium projects, and overseeing parts of larger engagements under senior supervision;
• Working closely with PwC industry experts, clients, and higher management while actively participating in the proposal-making process within your area of expertise;
• Communicating complex insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience;
• Solid knowledge of ML/AI concepts: types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model life-cycle, AI architectures;
• Knowledge and experience in production grade code development in Python;
• Solid knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with LLMs and related concepts (e.g. RAG, vector DBs, AI agents);
• Understanding of cloud concepts and architectures, with hands-on experience in cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure);
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices;
• Experience with deploying code with Docker / Kubernetes;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — essential in day-to-day cooperation with clients and the team;
• Outstanding supervision and mentorship abilities;
• Graduate of Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Operational Research or related discipline;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions to business problems;

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

   

  Nice to have: 

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio, AzureML, Vertex.AI, SageMaker, MLFlow);
• Knowledge of an extra programming language (e.g. C#, Go, Java);
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques;
• Experience in banking, retail or consulting;
• Experience in leading project teams.

As our Business Process Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining automation solutions of business processes within our Clients environments in order to help them achieve their business goals. Your position belongs to Robotic Process Automation Maintenance Team and support our Global PwC RPA Practice. You will work either directly with Clients or support our RPA practices in their daily robot development and maintenance work. 

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for rebuilding and maintenance of business process automation solutions in various RPA software for our Clients;
• Your responsibilities will also include receiving the newly developed solutions and preparation for maintenance and operations work. This may include bug fixes, changes to operating schedules, reporting of robot activities and changes to the developed solutions;
• We expect your involvement and understanding of business issues in order to support our clients in solving operational issues on a daily basis;
• You will learn to configure/code business processes and objects within the automation tool(s) (UiPath, PowerAutomate and/or other);
• This role will include creation or updates to business and technical documentation;
• You will communicate with clients, therefore effective and professional communication is essential.

  Candidate’s profile:

• Good knowledge of VBA and/or SQL;
• UiPath tool knowledge;
• Experience of work with API;
• Basics of .NET (C#) application development knowledge would be a plus;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients will be essential;
• Knowledge and understanding of operational processes within various functions (Finance, HR, Banking etc.) will be an advantage; 
• Ability to cooperate with other team members;

Join our dynamic Gen AI team and be at the forefront of innovation, working on transformative projects for some of the most recognized companies worldwide. As an AI Consultant, you will participate in the implementation and development of AI-powered solutions across a broad range of applications, from Gen AI tools to fraud detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions;
• Solution Development: Design and implement cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for knowledge retrieval, prompt optimization, and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs);
• Apply AI techniques to areas such as fraud detection, satellite imagery analysis, time-series forecasting, and automated data quality validation to enhance decision-making and automation;
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and skills:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in this or similar area;
• Experience working on AI/ML projects, in areas such as Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision or Machine Learning model development and deployment;
• University degree in Mathematics or a similar field is an advantage;
• Programming skills in Python (pandas, plotly, numpy);
• Experience with SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus;
• Experience with generative AI models is a plus;
• Fluent in English (level B2 or higher).
