We're looking for a Marketing Systems Engineer to own and continuously improve the technology that powers our business.
About the Role
As our Marketing Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for building, integrating, automating, and optimizing the systems that connect affiliates, advertising platforms, customers, call centers, buyers, CRMs, and internal operations.
You'll work directly with leadership to execute strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable technology that supports our continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, implementing AI, and building reliable systems that make businesses run more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Integrations
Affiliate & Client Onboarding
- Own the technical onboarding of new affiliates, partners, and clients.
- Configure tracking, routing, landing pages, forms, and system integrations.
- Perform end-to-end testing and quality assurance before launching new campaigns or partners.
AI & Automation
- Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows and automations.
- Develop and improve AI voice agents and conversational experiences.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new AI technologies that improve business operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency across the organization.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Partner directly with leadership on strategic technology initiatives.
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and technology partners to successfully execute projects.
- Own projects from planning through implementation.
- Document systems, integrations, and technical processes to support long-term scalability.
What We're Looking For
You have experience with:
- APIs, webhooks, and systems integration
- Automation platforms and workflow design
- JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar programming languages
- SQL and data manipulation
- CRM and operational systems
- Server-side tracking, conversion APIs, or attribution systems
- AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms, or conversational AI (preferred)
- Troubleshooting complex technical systems
Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or call center technology is considered a strong asset.
