    Overview

    We are delivering this project to one of the global leaders in commercial property management space.

    We are looking for an experienced Data QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of data-driven products built on Palantir Foundry.

    In this role, you will validate data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and analytics workflows, covering the full data lifecycle from raw data ingestion to AI-driven data extraction, reporting, and visualization in functional UI apps. You will leverage QA best practices to improve efficiency and test coverage, and work closely with data engineers, developers, prompt engineers, and other teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business, governance, and security requirements
     

    Responsibilities

    • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines in Palantir Foundry.
    • Validate data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows (e.g., ML/AI pipelines).
    • Experience testing LLM-based data products (inputs/outputs, validation logic).
    • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for data applications.
    • Conduct data quality checks using SQL and Python notebooks.
    • Validate datasets, metrics, and aggregations used for reporting and dashboards/visualization apps.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in QA with strong focus on Data and BI apps testing.

    • Diagnose, categorize, and route incidents, service requests, and problems 
    • Resolve hardware/software issues (Windows, macOS, VPN, subscriptions).
    • Support SaaS systems access and user onboarding/offboarding.
    • Maintain clear communication during outages, incidents, and planned maintenance.
    • Execute standard Change Management tasks (L1/L2).
    • Standardize ITSM process improvement, automation, documentation, and knowledge base articles
       

    ITAM (IT Asset Management)

    • Own and manager the full lifecycle of IT assets within the organization.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records for all IT assets, including software, hardware, licenses, subscriptions, and SaaS systems.
    • Manage the procurement of new IT assets and register them accurately in the asset inventory system.
    • Configure and deploy new hardware and software for Proxetters (OS setup, device enrollment, security policies configurations)
    • Monitor and analyze asset usage and lifecycle status (asset health, warranty, capacity, etc) to optimize inventory and licensing
    • Manage the safe and secure decommission and disposal of end-of-life IT assets
    • Collaborate with office managers and external vendors to ensure timely procurement and distribution of assets.
       

    Office and Infrastructure Support

    • Support and monitor office network and connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, access points, etc).
    • Monitor networks troubleshooting and escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors.

    • Proactively source and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals;
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and provide recruitment expertise to ensure timely and quality hires;
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with professional requirements, soft skills requirements, and culture fit;
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback,k and guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process;
    • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture to attract top talent;
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on hiring progress and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives;
    • Meet the internal recruitment metrics by ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process;
    • Regularly evaluate recruitment tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

     

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, ideally within the fast-paced world of tech, managing end-to-end hiring processes;
    • Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, managerial, and executive-level positions;
    • Previous experience in international recruitment and sourcing for global roles .
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment dynamics across Europe, particularly in markets like Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Romania;
    • Familiarity with employer branding and talent market research to attract top talent;
    • Experience working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on talent strategy and role requirements;
    • Background in high-volume recruiting in the IT industry and working in fast-paced environments is a plus.
    • A strong background in recruiting data engineering talent, with solid insight into the domain;
    • Familiarity with compliance and labor standards in various European countries.

     

    Language requirements:

    • English: B2-C1
    • Polish fluent/native

    • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and sensitivity to cultural differences;  
    • Capable of working independently and efficiently within a global, remote work environment.
