Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular analysis of affiliate traffic to identify fraud across CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, and Fixed models using both internal and third-party analytics tools.
• Analyze user behavior (FTD, retention, unusual patterns) to detect suspicious or incentivized traffic schemes.
• Prepare and update affiliate offer terms and Insertion Orders (IO) with clear anti-fraud conditions.
• Perform pre-checks of new affiliates and deal terms before campaign activation.
• Approve or reject affiliate payouts based on traffic quality evaluation (final compliance check before payment execution).
• Collaborate with affiliate managers to explain payout rejections and clarify reasons for non-payment.
• Suggest improvements to anti-fraud processes and contribute to the development of internal fraud prevention policies.
  
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming or Betting as an Affiliate Analyst, Traffic Analyst, or Anti-Fraud Specialist.
• Solid understanding of CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models and the fraud risks associated with each.
• Proficiency in traffic analysis using tools like Google Sheets and Power BI (user-level).
• Knowledge of common fraudulent patterns such as multi-accounting, bonus abuse, incentivized traffic, and geolocation manipulation.
• Experience in drafting clear and contract-compliant IO (Insertion Order) terms for affiliates.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accountability, and ability to work with large datasets effectively.

 Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruitment team (recruiters / sourcers): task setting, prioritization, quality and deadline control
• Own full-cycle recruitment across key iGaming functions (Marketing, Affiliate, Product, Tech, Operations, Payments, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers and top management on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Ensure strong role intake, accurate calibration, and end-to-end hiring support up to onboarding
• Track and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel efficiency, offer acceptance, quality of hire)
• Optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience
• Work with ATS (PeopleForce), analytics, and reporting

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, including a Team Lead / Recruitment Lead / Senior Recruiter role
• Proven hiring experience in iGaming / Gambling / Digital or IT product companies
• Ability to manage complex and high-volume hiring simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of the iGaming talent market
• Data-driven mindset (metrics, funnels, analytics)

What you will do

• Set up and manage bank accounts and payment provider integrations
• Act as a point of contact with regulators in licensed jurisdictions (Curaçao, Anjouan, MGA, etc.)
• Work closely with the finance team on regulatory and financial reporting
• Track regulatory updates and legal changes across all operating markets
• Oversee compliance with licensing terms, AML/KYC standards, responsible gaming policies and marketing regulation
• Develop, review, and keep internal compliance documentation up to date (AML, RG, data protection)

Requirements

• English level: confident working proficiency (B2+)
• 2+ years in operational roles in iGaming / sports betting  (B2C focus)
• Experience launching or expanding into new GEOs and increasing operational capacity without chaos
• Comfortable using BI dashboards and task trackers as an end user (not a data analyst role)
