What you need to do:
 

• Ensuring smooth operation of all operational processes of the product
• Optimization of current processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Developing and implementing the company's operational strategy.
• Managing and coordinating the work of the company's various teams.
• Setting clear goals and KPIs for the teams and monitoring their achievement.
• Analyzing key indicators and data for decision-making.
• Monitoring market trends and adapting operational strategies accordingly.
• Managing risks related to operational activities.
• Engaging and developing relationships with partners.
• Representing the company at conferences.

 
What hard skills do you need to have:
 

• 5+ years in Gambling industry.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Head of Operations, Head of Casino, Head of Sportsbook, Head of Regions (or similar role) in Gambling.
• Hands-on experience with different directions in Gambling structure.
• Experience of successfully launching a product into a new market and achieving KPI's.
• Deep understanding of all processes, structure and capabilities of the gambling product.
• -On the “you” side of business process description, and task management.
• Deep understanding of the specifics of the gambling market and user preferences;
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and promotional tools in the online environment.
• Experience managing affiliate programs and affiliate relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analytics. Ability to develop and optimize strategies based on data.
• English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+).
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, HR. Manager, HR Specialist, People Partner)
• Understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, document flow, HR systems)
• Experience with HRM or HRIS systems (a strong plus)
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work systematically with data
• Strong communication skills
   

Responsibilities

• Employee onboarding and offboarding (documents, access, welcome procedures)
• Administration of HR systems (HRM, HRIS) and maintaining employee databases
• Managing and controlling access to corporate resources and tools
• Preparing and updating documents (job descriptions, instructions, regulations)
• Supporting internal HR processes (employee records, reporting, lists, birthdays, communications)
• Assisting managers and employees with day-to-day HR-related requests

Ми шукаємо СRM - Designer, який ідповідає за створення візуальних матеріалів для CRM-комунікацій онлайн-казино та спортбука.
 

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи дизайнером у digital-проєктах — від 1–2 років
• Розуміння специфіки CRM-дизайну та digital-маркетингу
• Впевнене володіння Figma, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Досвід створення креативів для email-маркетингу
• Розуміння принципів mobile-first дизайну
• Вміння працювати за брифами та в рамках дедлайнів
• Базове розуміння KPI: OR, CTR, Conversion Rate.

Обов'язки:

• Створення дизайн-матеріалів для CRM-кампаній:
  • email-банери та графіка
  • push-/in-app-візуали
  • промо-матеріали для акцій, турнірів, дайджестів
• Адаптація креативів під різні продукти (Casino / Sportsbook), GEO та сегменти
• Підтримка та розвиток CRM-дизайн-шаблонів
• Оптимізація дизайну на основі результатів A/B-тестів (CTR, CR)
• Підготовка креативів відповідно до compliance-вимог iGaming
• Тісна взаємодія з CRM-менеджерами та контент-командою (брифи, правки, дедлайни)
• Підготовка матеріалів для регулярних та тригерних CRM-кампаній
• QA-перевірка відображення креативів у email / mobile / web
