Following a period of rapid growth and industry recognition, we are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced SERM (Reputation) Manager to help strengthen and protect our brands’ online image.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has hands-on experience in reputation management. We offer a dynamic environment, professional growth opportunities, and competitive compensation with attractive bonuses.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in SERM / ORM reputation management (knowledge of SMM or PR is a plus);
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences;
- Basic understanding of SEO principles;
- Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, WebArchive, Keywords Everywhere, Google Alerts, or similar platforms;
- Familiarity with brand reputation monitoring and web analytics tools;
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals;
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills;
- English proficiency at Intermediate (B1–B2) level or higher;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining a positive online image of the company in search engine results;
- Managing reviews on industry platforms and reducing negative visibility in search results;
- Monitoring social media, forums, and review websites for brand mentions;
- Handling both negative and positive feedback online (forums, blogs, social channels);
- Communicating with platform representatives and external partners;
- Working with blogs, directories, and thematic websites to improve brand presence;
- Coordinating with contractors — setting tasks, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes;
- Expanding the company’s digital footprint and visibility.
