We’re building a B2B  game aggregator: one API that connects to thousands of games from top studios. We have the business, the first operator clients. We need the person who builds the technology and the team behind it.

You’ll own the platform end to end, from the first architecture decision to production, and hire the team that runs it.

What you’ll do

• Design and build the platform from scratch:
  • provider integrations;
  • seamless wallet API;
  • transaction engine;
  • game catalogue;
  • operator back office.
• Ship the first 20–30 studio integrations and get our own brands live within about 6 months.
• Build reliable money handling: exactly-once debits and credits, rollbacks, round tracking and reconciliation.
• Set up event streaming, reporting and risk tooling, including big-win verification and RTP monitoring.
• Hire and lead a team of 6–8 engineers (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA).
• Get the platform ready for regulated markets, including the UKGC technical standards (RTS), approved test-house certification and ISO 27001-based security audits.
• Stay hands-on: you’ll write code, especially early on.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years in backend engineering, including 3+ years leading teams.
• iGaming experience: a game aggregator, a casino platform or a game studio. You’ve built or run provider integrations and seamless wallets.
• You’ve built a transactional system from zero and scaled it in production.
• Strong in Go, Kotlin or Java, plus Postgres and Kafka (or similar event streaming), on cloud infrastructure.
• Solid on security, auditing and compliance-driven engineering.
• You make clear architecture decisions and explain them simply.

Nice to have

• UKGC, MGA or other regulated-market certification experience.
• Crypto and multi-currency payments.
• Experience with data, ML or recommendation systems.
