About the role:

The Customer Support Specialist plays a central role in ensuring operational excellence in Sales, and delivering a high-quality client experience. Acting as a bridge between Customer Success, SDRs, Sales Executives, and other cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for resolving client inquiries, supporting seamless campaign execution, and maintaining the highest standards of service across all touchpoints.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure that every client receives timely, accurate, and proactive support. You will help clients navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and contribute to stronger retention and revenue outcomes.

This position offers full remote flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling, forward-thinking global organization.

Key requirements:

• 1-2 years of Customer Support experience (in online advertising or digital services)
• Experience in international Sales is a plus!
• Strong communication skills to work comfortably with chats, calls and personalized email correspondence
• Proficiency in business English at a high level, both spoken and written - and knowledge of other languages is welcomed
• Positive attitude and flexibility to change (driven by our growth in different geographic markets)

Main responsibilities:

• Support clients in achieving the best possible results using the platform.
• Advise clients on new products, services, promotions, and special offers to maximize their success.
• Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Alongside Sales Retention Team, conduct regular health checks on your client portfolio, identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing any issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM, ensuring all communications are properly logged.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team members to enhance results and share best practices.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Media Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of media, SEO, and digital communications while optimizing our outreach workflows, scaling distribution processes, and expanding our media partnerships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamlining and automating the process of collecting and managing media databases
• Identifying relevant web resources and researching them using key SEO metrics (DR, traffic, topical relevance)
• Building targeted contact lists and launching efficient outreach campaigns
• Optimizing communication workflows with publishers and media partners
• Scaling outreach efforts using automation tools

• Monitoring campaign effectiveness and continuously improving performance

   

Requirements:

• Experience with Ahrefs or Serpstat;
• Familiarity with Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider/Checker
• Understanding of technical and content audits (a plus)
• Experience with CMS platforms and AI tools
• Ability to analyze backlink profiles and competitor link strategies
• Proficiency in building contact databases and executing email campaigns
• English at B1+ level and strong writing skills
• Hands-on experience with Gmass, Snov, or similar email tools (a plus)

Media Relations Department

The Media Relations team is responsible for engaging and involving the media. With our extensive catalog of 100,000 news sites, our mission is to help publishers do what they love to do most — create great content while leaving us to take care of the revenue.

A media relations manager will help us expand our network of carefully selected publishers. This role will establish relationships, connect to the platform, and successfully complete orders from clients.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising or media and PR experience;
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level or above), with a strong focus on practical communication skills (calls, video calls), ensuring fluency in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is welcome;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills. Solid organizational skills;
• Experience with large anchor lists and volumes of information, confident knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, basic formulas & regular expressions;

• Experience in lingu building, «outreach» specialist. Understanding metrics to evaluate the quality of a site and links. Theoretical knowledge of what a link is and why a site needs it;

   

Responsibilities:
