    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Media Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of media, SEO, and digital communications while optimizing our outreach workflows, scaling distribution processes, and expanding our media partnerships globally.

     

    This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the media landscape, has hands-on SEO experience, and enjoys working with data, tools, and automation to drive measurable impact.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Streamlining and automating the process of collecting and managing media databases
    • Identifying relevant web resources and researching them using key SEO metrics (DR, traffic, topical relevance)
    • Building targeted contact lists and launching efficient outreach campaigns
    • Optimizing communication workflows with publishers and media partners
    • Scaling outreach efforts using automation tools
    • Monitoring campaign effectiveness and continuously improving performance

       

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Ahrefs or Serpstat;

    • Ability to analyze backlink profiles and competitor link strategies

    About the role:

    The Customer Support Specialist plays a central role in ensuring operational excellence in Sales, and delivering a high-quality client experience. Acting as a bridge between Customer Success, SDRs, Sales Executives, and other cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for resolving client inquiries, supporting seamless campaign execution, and maintaining the highest standards of service across all touchpoints.
