• Strengthen AML processes - collaborate with Compliance and Operations teams to improve AML controls, procedures, reporting accuracy, and overall efficiency.
• Own compliance communications - monitor incoming compliance-related emails, identify important or urgent matters, and ensure they are properly reported and escalated to management.
• Keep quality at the center - review processes and outputs with a critical eye, identify gaps, and help drive corrective actions.
• Manage multiple priorities - handle several compliance and quality-related tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AML compliance, quality assurance, financial crime prevention, or a similar role within financial services.
