About the Role

Once an account with a bank, EMI, or PSP is live, someone has to keep it that way. That's this role.

You're not the person who opens the account — that's handled by our Onboarding team. You're the person who owns the relationship after it's live: staying close enough to our banking and payment partners that you notice when something's off before it becomes a formal problem, and calm enough under pressure to represent the company professionally when a partner has real concerns.

Where this role sits:

• Onboarding Manager → gets the account opened (KYB submission, initial documentation, first approval)
• You → own the relationship from that point forward: ongoing contact, risk monitoring, escalations, and representing the company during any follow-up reviews or enhanced due diligence
• MLRO / Compliance → you work closely with them, but you are not the compliance decision-maker — you're the bridge between what the bank is asking and what the internal team needs to know

What You'll Do

Relationship Management (Ongoing, Not Onboarding)

• Maintain regular, professional contact with our live banking, EMI, and PSP partners — not just when there's a problem
• Build real working relationships with account managers, compliance officers, and risk teams at partner institutions
• Stay attuned to each partner's expectations, preferences, and requirements, and notice when something shifts
• Ensure communication flows both ways — partner requirements and concerns coming in, business context and updates going back out

Early Risk Detection

• Act as an early-warning system — spot changes in tone, unusual reviews, or extra scrutiny before they become formal escalations
• Identify signals that a partner may have concerns regarding transaction activity, customer traffic, refund/chargeback patterns, campaigns, or business practices
• Escalate concerns immediately to MLRO, Compliance, Payments, and management
• Help internal teams understand exactly what the partner is worried about, and follow through until it's genuinely resolved

Compliance Reviews & Enhanced Due Diligence

• Represent the company during EDD and elevated reviews on existing accounts
• Coordinate with MLRO and Compliance to keep responses accurate and consistent
• Where issues arise from campaigns, traffic sources, customer behavior, refunds, or chargebacks, help manage communication with the financial institution
• Present the company's position professionally, without overstepping your authority

Escalation Handling

• Handle concerns around payment recalls, suspicious transactions, account restrictions, or customer complaints
• Coordinate with Payments, Risk, and MLRO to get the facts straight before responding
• Spot recurring patterns and flag material issues before they threaten the relationship
• Ensure responses to financial institutions are timely, consistent, and well-supported

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with MLRO, Compliance, Payments, and Risk — pulling the right people together behind one clear external response
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed of material developments in a timely manner

• Anticipate merchant needs before they become blockers.

Process & Tracking

• Track progress and relationship history diligently in CRM — not as an afterthought, but as a real tool for managing complex, multi-party processes.
• Stay on top of multiple onboarding cases simultaneously, understanding that EMI cases typically require more time, follow-up, and attention to detail than standard payments onboarding.

• Drive partner launches from initial outreach through approval and go-live — you own the case until it's actually live, not just submitted.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Track onboarding pipelines, outstanding requirements, and partner communication in CRM and internal trackers.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and proactively improve internal processes for speed, quality, and transparency.
• Manage several onboarding cases or partner workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the details that actually determine approval.

Who You Are

• You have 1–3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, acquiring, or payment operations.
• You have exposure to local acquiring, cross-border acquiring, alternative payment methods, or multi-entity payment setups.
• You have a practical understanding of merchant onboarding, KYB/KYC requirements, SEPA/SWIFT basics, payment flows, and acquiring concepts — not just textbook knowledge.

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist / Technical Support Specialist who doesn't need to be told twice — someone practical, reliable, and comfortable taking a request, understanding what's needed, and getting it done without hand-holding. This isn't a software development role — it's a hands-on position focused on configuration, setup, troubleshooting, and technical administration, where following a guide correctly and completing tasks independently matters more than writing code.

You'll take routine technical work off the management team's plate entirely — handling requests quickly, correctly, and without needing to be chased. If something's unclear, you ask the right question once and then run with it.

What You'll Do

Setup & Configuration

• Set up and configure new Telegram accounts, including registration and security according to company procedures
• Configure and maintain VoIP services — setting up new numbers, routing calls, and making sure incoming calls actually work
• Set up email accounts and email security according to internal guides and security requirements
• Configure user accounts, permissions, authentication methods, 2FA, and other basic security settings
• Assist with RDP, VPN, and remote-access configuration
• Set up and configure basic business software, online services, and technical tools

Troubleshooting & Support

• Troubleshoot routine technical issues reported by employees — quickly and without unnecessary escalation

Senior Compliance & Banking Relations Specialist (VASP/CASP/MSB/VARA)
 

We are hiring on behalf of an international fintech group with regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions. The role is for a compliance professional who can do more than work on a case file — you'll be speaking directly with banks, EMIs and payment partners, and representing the company's position in those conversations. If you prefer compliance work without external contact, this role won't be the right fit.
 

What you'll do

• Own SoF/SoW assessments end to end: reviewing documentation, building the narrative, and explaining it in detail to banking partners and third-party providers when they query incoming transactions
  Represent the company directly with banks, EMIs and PSPs — in writing and on live calls — for KYC requests, incoming-transaction queries, recalls and disputed payments, defending our position with evidence.
   
• Support onboarding of EMI and banking partners to our regulated exchange legs: walking their compliance teams through our customer flow and KYC/EDD framework from start to finish
  Handle contested cases end to end: SEPA/SWIFT recalls, fraud-related fund-return requests and payment disputes, including evidence packages and formal responses
   
• Contribute to transaction monitoring, escalations and continuous improvement of our compliance procedures
   

What we're looking for

• Experience in a regulated environment — if you operated under a VASP/MSB/CASP licence in the past it's strongly preferred; EMI, PI or banking backgrounds also welcome
   
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with SoF/SoW analysis and enhanced due diligence — you can explain a complex funds trail to a sceptical bank, not just complete a checklist
