PowerData Dynamics is a Microsoft partner in Nuremberg, Germany. We build SalesGuard, a governance product for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales that helps enterprises trust their pipeline data.

We are looking for our first dedicated seller to take SalesGuard into English-speaking enterprise markets.

The product

SalesGuard automatically detects unreliable Opportunity data before it reaches the forecast. Sales leaders present numbers they privately distrust — stale stages, slipped close dates, missing values. SalesGuard makes those problems visible and enforceable.

The product is built and technically validated. It has no customer references yet. You would be building the commercial motion from zero.

What you will do

• Build the outbound motion from scratch: ICP, messaging, sequences, channels
• Prospect Revenue Operations and Sales Operations leaders at companies running Dynamics 365 Sales with 50+ sellers
• Run discovery calls and qualify genuine pain around forecast reliability
• Manage full sales cycles alongside the founder, who handles demos, security reviews and technical architecture
• Land the first reference customers that unlock Microsoft co-sell
• Report honestly on what works and what does not

What we expect

• 5+ years B2B software sales, at least 2 in enterprise deals
• Experience selling into UK, US or other English-speaking markets
• Comfortable selling a product with no case studies and no brand recognition
• Able to hold a credible conversation with technical evaluators
• Structured, self-directed, and honest about pipeline reality
• C1 English minimum

What helps

• CRM, RevOps or Microsoft ecosystem experience
• Dynamics 365 or Salesforce familiarity
• Experience with long enterprise cycles involving procurement and security review

Honest expectations

This is early. There are no inbound leads, no marketing team, no reference logos. The first months are outbound and discovery. If you want a mature pipeline handed to you, this is not the role. If you want to build a category from zero, it is.
