    We are looking for Data Analysts (Senior/Middle level) 


    Requirements

    • Master's degree in the Technical, Math, or Economics sphere
    • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital advertising, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing
    • Prior experience in media buying platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, NewsBreak, SnapChat etc.) is a strong plus
    • Exposure to affiliate networks and understanding of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models is a strong plus
    • English proficiency: C1 Advanced
    • Expert level in SQL for data extraction, combination, and update
    • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (preferably Google Data Studio/Looker; also Power BI, Tableau)
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
    • Understanding of tracking systems (Voluum, RedTrack, AppsFlyer, etc.) is a strong plus
    • Experience with data insights research using AI/LLMs is a strong plus


    Responsibilities
    • Collect, process, and analyze performance data from media buying campaigns and affiliate networks
    • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
    • Prepare clear dashboards and actionable reports for management
    • Spot underperforming campaigns and recommend data-driven adjustments
    • Propose scaling strategies for high-performing traffic sources
    • Monitor affiliate network performance across multiple platforms
    • Support negotiations with advertisers by providing data-backed insights
    • Work closely with media buyers and affiliate managers to translate analytics into actions
    • Suggest A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, placements, and targeting
    • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and data quality


    Will be a plus:
    • Experience managing teams of 3 or more people.
    • Experience in affiliate marketing.

    We’re seeking a proactive and responsible Media Planner with a strong desire to grow within the field of client work. The Media Planner will play a pivotal role in managing client relations for Point2Web. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work directly with our clients, maintaining their ad campaigns to achieve predefined KPIs.


    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in Media Buying / User Acquisition.
    • Experience in Media Planning.
    • Deep knowledge of advertising on Google and Microsoft search platforms.
    • Proven experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+ (media buying or proactive management).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Understanding of tracking implementation (app/web).
    • Experience in client support, scaling, and growth hacking.
    • Daily communication with clients, including online calls.
