Your mission is to craft a flawless, intuitive, and visually compelling experience for a complex B2B ecosystem encompassing three distinct user personas: enterprise clients, IT experts, and recruiters. You will oversee the entire design lifecycle—from conducting deep UX research, user interviews, and funnel analysis, to creating high-fidelity prototypes and handing them off seamlessly to development. 
  A key part of your role will be evolving and maintaining our scalable Design System in Figma to ensure consistency across the entire platform. 
 By blending data-informed decision-making with a keen aesthetic sense, you will solve intricate workflow challenges (like onboarding friction, complex matching interfaces, and contracting flows) and elevate the overall product feel.

 You will bridge the gap between technical execution and high-level business objectives, taking full charge of project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management across distributed teams. 
 Your role involves identifying and mitigating risks early, unblocking cross-functional dependencies, and facilitating crucial Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). 
 With your strong technical background, you will communicate effectively with engineers, manage integrations with external partners, and provide transparent, data-backed reporting on delivery metrics to the executive leadership team.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between robust backend infrastructure and seamless user experiences by owning complex product features entirely from end to end. 
Using a unified TypeScript stack (Node.js for the backend and React/Next.js for the frontend), you will design database schemas, build secure APIs, and implement intuitive user interfaces. 
You will work on diverse initiatives, from developing internal moderation and vetting tools for our operational team to building highly SEO-optimized public pages for our external talent catalog. 
Your holistic view of the system will allow you to identify bottlenecks, ensure high code quality through comprehensive testing (Jest/Playwright), and directly influence the product's technical roadmap during sprint planning.

 Ваша щоденна робота включатиме глибоке занурення у функціонал платформи, ручне тестування нових модулів за чек-лістами, ретельне документування багів та створення нових тест-кейсів. 
 Для нас важливо не лише те, щоб ви знаходили помилки, а й те, щоб ви глибоко розуміли бізнес-логіку продукту, поступово знайомилися з інструментами автоматизації тестування та допомагали команді випускати бездоганні релізи.

Ваша місія — стати надійним "щитом якості" для виділених модулів нашої SaaS платформи. Ви будете безпосередньо відповідати за те, щоб нові фічі працювали бездоганно і логічно до того, як потраплять до кінцевих користувачів. 
Робота поєднуватиме глибоке мануальне тестування (як UI, так і API через Postman), розробку детальних тест-планів та активну комунікацію з командою розробки для швидкого усунення дефектів.
 Крім того, ви отримаєте можливість розвиватися у напрямку автоматизації: під менторством QA Automation Lead ви почнете писати свої перші автотести (на базі Playwright), що дозволить вам значно підвищити свою експертизу, пришвидшити процеси регресії та підвищити власну цінність як спеціаліста.
