Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Creative Marketing Manager (Junior+) to join our Performance Marketing team.

You will be responsible for generating creative ideas, developing marketing hypotheses, and turning them into high-performing ad creatives for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves advertising, understands what makes people click, and wants to grow in the world of performance marketing.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, stays on top of advertising trends, and is eager to experiment, learn, and improve results.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Creative Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative Production, or related fields;
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and how advertising creatives influence campaign results;
• Ability to generate creative ideas, develop marketing hypotheses, and translate them into clear briefs for designers and motion designers;
• Experience using AI tools for creative research, ideation, scripting, or content production;
• Understanding of effective ad creative principles: strong hooks, clear messaging, audience pain points, storytelling, and CTAs;
• Basic knowledge of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM;
• Ability to research competitors, analyze advertising trends, and identify successful creative approaches;
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas;

• English starting from Intermediate.

   

Will Be a Big Plus

• Experience working with Productivity, Education, Utility, or Gaming products;
• Hands-on experience in video shooting and content creation (UGC, short-form videos);
• Understanding of audience segmentation, customer pain points, and marketing psychology;
• Experience working with UGC content, video scripts, and short-form advertising;
• Ability to analyze creative performance and suggest improvements based on data.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines;

   

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop creative concepts and marketing hypotheses for paid advertising campaigns;
• Create clear and detailed briefs for motion designers and graphic designers;
• Research competitors, target audiences, advertising trends, and successful creative approaches;
• Develop engaging hooks, advertising messages, scripts, and visual concepts for static and video creatives;
• Collaborate with Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and Marketing Managers to bring creative ideas to life;
• Analyze creative performance, identify successful patterns, and suggest data-driven improvements;
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve creative research, ideation, and production efficiency;

• Keep track of creative testing results, insights, and learnings.

   

What We Expect From You

During your first month:

• Get familiar with our products, target audiences, and creative production workflows;
• Research competitors and explore existing advertising creatives;
• Start generating hypotheses, writing creative briefs, and collaborating with the production team.

By the end of your third month:

• Independently develop and deliver creative concepts and production-ready briefs;
• Understand key performance metrics and use them to improve creative ideas;
• Demonstrate the ability to identify effective advertising approaches and generate new testing hypotheses;

• Contribute to the development of successful advertising creatives through continuous experimentation and iteration.
