We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join an ambitious new project focused on building an advanced insurance management system. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of technical delivery, mentor a team and architect scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Main Requirements 
 

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role;
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Apex programming;
• Strong experience in building custom UIs using Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and Visualforce;
• Proficient in system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft and Salesforce Connect;
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security architecture (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules);
• Strong background in Salesforce customization and configuration to meet business-specific requirements;
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative, cross-functional teams;
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug using Developer Console, logs and other tools;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Written and spoken upper-intermediate English or higher;
