Main Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Apex programming
• Skilled in building custom UIs with Visualforce and Lightning Components
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Connect
• Solid understanding of data modeling, migrations, and complex object relationships
• Proficient in Salesforce security setup: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules
• Experienced in Salesforce customization and configuration for business-specific needs
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities using Developer Console and logs
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
• technical degree and relevant Salesforce certifications

This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of technical delivery, mentor a team, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Main Requirements 
 

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Apex programming
• Strong experience in building custom UIs using Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) and Visualforce
• Proficient in system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Connect
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security architecture (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Strong background in Salesforce customization and configuration to meet business-specific requirements
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug using Developer Console, logs, and other tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Written and spoken upper-intermediate English or higher

• Technical degree and relevant Salesforce certifications
   

  The Lead role includes the following responsibilities: 

•  Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Conduct code reviews, guide architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to align technical solutions with business goals
• Drive planning, estimation, and prioritization of development tasks
