We welcome candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management, as well as candidates without commercial experience who have completed relevant courses.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience on a stable project under senior supervision. You will also have the chance to participate in discovery phases for new projects. We offer:

What you'll do:
- Assist with requirements elicitation cycles on a stable long-term project within a scrum team for a biotech client
- Work with requirements documentation and manage project backlog
- Describe tasks and break them down into manageable units for the development team
- Report business requirements back to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
- Participate in discovery phases for new clients
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams
What we're looking for:
- Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management role, OR no commercial experience after completing relevant courses
- English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions to get to the root of business needs
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
