We are looking for a designer for part-time, ad-hoc collaboration with flexibility on both sides.
 

What you will be doing

• Designing intuitive and visually strong interfaces based on product requirements and user needs
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and mockups to align the team before development starts
• Working directly with developers to make sure implementation matches the design intent
• Participating in usability reviews and iterating based on feedback
• Keeping up with design trends and tools, including AI-assisted workflows
   

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, portfolio is required
• Confident with Figma, as the primary design tool
• English at B1 level minimum, to communicate directly with clients
• Ukrainian language - must have
• Ability to work independently, manage your own time and raise blockers early

Nice to have

• Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney or similar)
• Background in biotech, pharma or data-heavy products
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Webflow experience

Job Description: As a Trainee/Junior Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing robust backend services focused on scalability, maintainability, and security with support and mentorship.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (usually FastAPI)
• Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 0.5 years of experience in backend development with Python, including freelance or IT academy experience.
• Experience working with AI tools, combined with a strong curiosity and eagerness to explore, adopt, and innovate using emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
• Ukrainian language is a must.
