Our customer is a GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance Assessment) platform designed to automate risk assessment, vendor management, and compliance with security standards. It streamlines complex GRC processes by centralizing data, enabling efficient reporting, and reducing manual workload.

The product is used by universities and public sector organizations in the US.

Team: 2x Backend, Frontend, QA, AQA, PM, UI/UX Designer

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Strong knowledge of Python, Django, and Django ORM
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Bash
• Experience in writing unit tests
• Mentoring and code review experience
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and maintain backend functionality for the platform using Python and Django
• Design efficient database structures and work with Django ORM to ensure optimal performance
• Participate in system architecture discussions and propose improvements for scalability and reliability
• Lead by example through code reviews, mentorship, and adherence to best engineering practices
• Collaborate with the team members to align technical implementation with business goals
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS, leveraging Docker for containerization and CI/CD pipelines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and provide accurate estimations.

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and independent full-time Senior UI/UX Designer.
You’ll work on designing and improving websites and landing pages, preparing specifications for developers, and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure high-quality execution.

• 4+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design

• Strong proficiency in Figma (tokens, autolayout, variables, prototyping, etc.)
• Ability to use AI tools to generate assets for websites
• Ability to create designs that meet client needs
• Great attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional, and user-centered design

Responsibilities:

• Design websites and landing pages (about 80% of the time)
• Conduct research (competitor analysis, UX audit, etc.)
• Create page structures and sitemaps
• Design wireframes
• Prepare specifications for developers, including descriptions of block behavior, animations, and other interaction logic
• Conduct design QA to validate visual consistency after development
• Work on internal tasks, such as improving the studio website or creating website concepts (no banners or graphic design tasks, as we have dedicated graphic designers for that)

We work with a US-based group of insurance companies and create internal digital products that include CRM systems, CMS platforms, and HubSpot-style modules for managing clients, leads, and insurance operations. The design approach differs across products. Some interfaces are fully custom, while others use Shadcn UI and our internal design system.

2. Music Marketing Automation Platform

This is an internal platform that automates the music marketing workflow, covering creative generation, campaign setup, management, and analytics. The goal is to replace the current Retool solution with a scalable and user-friendly system that centralizes data and simplifies Meta Ads campaign management. The platform is designed for internal use with the potential for future white label SaaS expansion.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Valid, cross-browser, and high-quality layout
• Strong knowledge of ECMAScript and the DOM API
• Strong knowledge in React, Next.js (App Router, Pages Router)
• Experience with CSS Modules, TailwindCSS, Radix Ul, Shadcn/ui, Material Ul
• Experience with Tanstack Router/React Router DOM
• Experience with Zustand, Tanstack Query
• Experience with SSR, SEO optimizations, and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc)

The role also includes onboarding to existing projects, supporting ongoing delivery, collaborating with the team on new modules, conducting research, and preparing documentation for new features.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years
• English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate level 
• Able to dive into a subject field quickly
• Converting ideas into requirements, explaining them in an accessible way to the team, and knowledge base enrichment
