Today, these teams rely on spreadsheets, Discord, and multiple disconnected tools to handle scheduling, payroll, analytics, and communication. The platform replaces all of that with one centralized system.
 

Think of it as: workforce management + scheduling + payroll + analytics + messaging + automation in a single web app.

This is an operations-focused product built around dashboards, real-time systems, and complex business logic rather than a marketing-oriented application.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a complex frontend application from scratch
• Design and build scalable backend architecture for a high-load SaaS platform (dashboards, real-time systems, complex business logic)
• Develop and maintain APIs, real-time features (WebSockets), background jobs, and integrations with external services
• Design microservices and distributed systems with focus on performance, security, and reliability
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), permissions, audit logs, and secure auth flows

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a healthcare project building insurance and employee wellness platforms.

We’re working on an ecosystem consisting of several independent platforms, which are planned to be merged in the future to streamline employer and employee enrollment, data submission to insurance carriers, access to Medical ID cards and insurance benefits, claims submission, etc.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to work on an Enrollment Portal, a web application that allows employers and employees to fill out and submit digital versions of the Employer Application and Employee Enrollment Application to the insurance provider.

The MVP0 will include the Employer Enrollment Application and an Admin Panel, where admins will review, approve, or deny applications.

Post-MVP0 releases will introduce the Employee Portal, where employees will fill out their own applications, choose insurance plans and benefits for themselves and their families, access useful documents, and track their benefits
