We’re looking for a talented, creative, and independent full-time Senior UI/UX Designer.
You’ll work on designing and improving websites and landing pages, preparing specifications for developers, and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
• A strong promo-focused portfolio (websites, landing pages)
• Experience conducting basic research (competitive analysis, UX audit)
• Ability to form hypotheses and support them with data
• Strong proficiency in Figma (tokens, autolayout, variables, prototyping, etc.)
• Ability to use AI tools to generate assets for websites
• Ability to create designs that meet client needs
• Great attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional, and user-centered design
• B1 - B2 English level. Ability to present and explain design decisions in English

Nice to have:

• Live websites that have received awards
• Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Design websites and landing pages (about 80% of the time)
• Conduct research (competitor analysis, UX audit, etc.)
• Create page structures and sitemaps
• Design wireframes
• Prepare specifications for developers, including descriptions of block behavior, animations, and other interaction logic
• Conduct design QA to validate visual consistency after development
• Work on internal tasks, such as improving the studio website or creating website concepts (no banners or graphic design tasks, as we have dedicated graphic designers for that)

We’re working on an ecosystem consisting of several independent platforms, which are planned to be merged in the future to streamline employer and employee enrollment, data submission to insurance carriers, access to Medical ID cards and insurance benefits, claims submission, etc.
 

We’re looking for a Middle+ Node.js Developer to work on an Enrollment Portal, a web application that allows employers and employees to fill out and submit digital versions of the Employer Application and Employee Enrollment Application to the insurance provider.
The MVP0 will include the Employer Enrollment Application and an Admin Panel, where admins will review, approve, or deny applications.
Post-MVP0 releases will introduce the Employee Portal, where employees will fill out their own applications, choose insurance plans and benefits for themselves and their families, access useful documents, and track their benefits

Team: 3x Backend Developers, 3x Frontend Developers, Solution Architect, PM, BA, QA, DevOps

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript
• Strong knowledge in Node.js — Express.js, NestJs
• Strong knowledge of ORMs, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Strong knowledge of Real-time(socket-based)
• Strong knowledge of REST API, Git
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Microservices, experience designing distributed systems 
• Experience with AWS: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway
• Experience with CI/CD
• Testing: Jest + integration/e2e
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with HIPAA and GDPR compliances

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (Express.js, NestJS)
• Work with various databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, ensuring high performance and data integrity
• Develop and deploy a microservices-based architecture using Docker and AWS
• Implement and manage real-time, socket-based communication systems
• Lead and mentor teammates, review code, and guide architectural decisions
• Oversee project timelines, task assignments, and ensure high-quality code delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

• Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years
• English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate level 
• Able to dive into a subject field quickly
• Converting ideas into requirements, explaining them in an accessible way to the team, and knowledge base enrichment
• Experience demonstrating/presenting implemented solutions to customers
• Have experience working with task managers (ClickUp/Jira/Asana/Confluence)
   

Nice to have:

• Ability to model and describe business processes using notations (UML, BPMN, eEPC, IDEF)
• Knowledge of teamwork principles and agile development practices
• Understanding of general DevOps principles and the software development life cycle
• Basic code reading/understanding
• Ability to work independently, build business analysis processes on the project from scratch
   

Responsibilities:

• Write user stories, scripts (User Stories, Use Cases)
• Writing documentation, presentations (if necessary). Preparing user documentation according to customer requirements
• Elaborate low-formalized user requirements, capable of decomposing, evaluating, and ranking them (generating MVPs, using USM, Impact mapping)
• Create solution prototypes and test hypotheses as needed; consult and help the UX team to make the interface of applications and web solutions not only the most usable, but also consistent with stakeholder requirements
• Participate in integration, interaction and API design
• Building user-friendly UIs, the ability to prototype UIs at a basic level (in Figma, Bolsamiq Mockups, etc.)
