PettersonApps

About the Role

We are looking for more than a manager who simply works with ready-made leads.

We need someone who can identify new business opportunities, reach decision-makers, represent the company at industry events, and take deals from the first contact through to contract signing.

If you are an autonomous sales professional who knows how to find clients through creative approaches, deliver strong presentations, and manage the entire sales cycle — we would be happy to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and creative approaches to client acquisition;
• Find new clients through creative lead-generation and outbound sales strategies, LinkedIn, and other channels;
• Build and develop partnership networks;
• Develop referral relationships with interim managers, former executives, software architects, and other industry professionals;
• Represent PettersonApps and participate in conferences, business meetings, industry events, and international trade shows;
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, understand their business needs, and identify potential opportunities;
• To be able to manage the full sales cycle: lead generation and qualification → discovery → presentations and demos → proposals → negotiations → contract signing → handover to the delivery team;
• Prepare and deliver presentations, business case studies, and product demos for potential clients;
• Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and position solutions;
• Evaluate potential deals and contribute to go/no-go decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in IT or software development;
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from the first qualified call to contract signing;
• Experience delivering presentations, product demos, and business case studies;
• Ability to generate leads through creative and non-traditional approaches;
• Practical experience building and setting up sales processes;
• Experience working with target accounts, segmentation, messaging, and sales pipelines;
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Experience communicating with business owners, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers;
• Ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for results;
• Fluent English.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation with regular salary reviews based on performance and results;
• Fully remote work;
• Flexible schedule with an 8-hour working day;
• Opportunity to work with international clients;
• The ability to influence and improve our sales strategy and processes;
