PERETZ.agency is looking for a Middle / Strong Middle Front-End Developer based in Ukraine.

We currently have two large digital projects moving into active development and are looking for a developer who can take real ownership of the front-end side of the work.

Our stack:

React / Next.js / TypeScript

We build custom digital products, complex websites, e-commerce platforms, and business systems. This is not a role focused on assembling template websites or making minor UI changes.

You will work with custom designs, complex interfaces, and projects that continue to evolve after launch.

What we’re looking for

• Solid commercial experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of responsive front-end development
• Ability to accurately translate custom UI/UX designs into production interfaces
• Experience with APIs and back-end integrations
• Attention to detail in typography, spacing, animation, and interface behavior
• Ability to understand an existing project before adding another layer of code
• Independence and responsibility for your part of the project

The format

We are open to full-time cooperation or contract/project-based work.

There are already two substantial projects ready for active development, so this is not a vacancy published “for the future.”

The position is currently focused on developers based in Ukraine.

I’m looking for a Middle / Strong Middle Back-End Developer based in Ukraine to join us at PERETZ.agency.

We currently have two large digital projects moving into active development and are looking for a developer who can take ownership of the back-end architecture and development.

Our core stack:

PHP / Laravel / MySQL

The projects include custom business logic, complex e-commerce functionality, integrations, internal systems, and APIs.

This is not a role focused on installing plugins or modifying ready-made CMS solutions.

What I’m looking for

• Solid commercial experience with PHP and Laravel
• Strong understanding of application architecture and database design
• Experience designing and building REST APIs
• Confident work with MySQL and complex data structures
• Experience with third-party integrations and external services
• Understanding of queues, background jobs, caching, and application performance
• Ability to understand existing business logic before changing it
• Ability to make technical decisions and explain the reasoning behind them
• Independence and responsibility for your part of the project

Experience with complex e-commerce systems, ERP/CRM logic, or custom business platforms will be a strong advantage.

Ми створюємо digital-продукти для бізнесу: корпоративні сайти, e-commerce, SaaS, web applications та custom digital platforms.

Працюємо з клієнтами з України, США та Європи. У наших проєктах поєднуються UX, visual design, technology та бізнес-логіка.

Що ти будеш робити

• Досліджувати потреби користувачів та бізнес-завдання клієнта
• Проєктувати user flows, information architecture та структуру digital-продуктів
• Створювати wireframes та prototypes
• Розробляти high-fidelity UI у Figma
• Проєктувати responsive interfaces для desktop, tablet та mobile
• Створювати та підтримувати design systems
• Працювати з компонентами, variants, Auto Layout та interactive prototypes у Figma
• Презентувати та аргументувати свої дизайнерські рішення
• Працювати разом із Project Managers, Developers та іншими дизайнерами
• Передавати дизайн у development та супроводжувати реалізацію
• Покращувати існуючі digital-продукти на основі бізнес- та користувацьких потреб

Що ми очікуємо

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду в UX/UI design
• Сильне портфоліо з реальними web або digital-продуктами
• Впевнене володіння Figma
• Розуміння UX principles, information architecture та usability
• Розуміння responsive design
• Хороше відчуття typography, composition, grid, spacing та visual hierarchy
• Вміння створювати не просто красиві screens, а цілісні user experiences
• Здатність самостійно приймати дизайнерські рішення та пояснювати їх
• Уважність до деталей
• Англійська на рівні, достатньому для роботи з документацією та міжнародними клієнтами

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи з e-commerce
• Досвід роботи з SaaS та complex web applications
• Досвід створення design systems
• Розуміння HTML/CSS та можливостей сучасного web
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними клієнтами
• Досвід UX research та usability testing
• Досвід використання AI tools у design workflow

Ми не шукаємо людину, яка просто отримує ТЗ і малює сторінки.

Важливо вміти поставити правильні питання, зрозуміти проблему, запропонувати рішення та довести його до якісного фінального дизайну.

Ми цінуємо clean, thoughtful та functional design, сильну типографіку, хорошу структуру і увагу до деталей.
