This is more than just a design role—it’s a founding-level creative position with the perspective to build your own team and define the design culture from the ground up.

- Direct Collaboration: You will work directly with the US founders and stakeholders—no “lost in translation” layers.
- Build Your Own Team: As the startup scales, you have the clear opportunity to transition into a Lead role, hiring your own team and establishing the design workflows.

🛠 What You’ll Do
- Lead Brand Design: Own the visual direction for new ventures and established products.
- Digital & Performance: Design high-performing ads (paid social, display, email) and landing pages that drive growth.
- Motion Graphics: Bring the brand to life with animations and motion content for social media and launches.
- From Zero to Launch: Spin up brand identities from scratch (logos, typography, guidelines) and get them market-ready.
- Iterate: Use performance data and founder feedback to constantly improve the visual assets.
🎯 Who You Are
- 5+ years of professional experience in branding and digital design.
- Motion Pro: Strong skills in After Effects (or similar) are a must.
- English Proficiency: Able to communicate complex design decisions directly to US stakeholders.
- Startup Mindset: You are comfortable working fast, owning projects end-to-end, and navigating the “from scratch” phase.
- Aesthetic Leader: You have excellent taste and a portfolio that proves it.
