We are looking for a Monitoring Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze approval rates, decline rates, and other key payment performance metrics.
• Monitor transaction activity, payment flows, and critical payment metrics in real time.
• Track payment statuses, decline codes, and authorization performance.
• Identify anomalies, sudden changes in key payment metrics, and technical issues affecting PSPs, acquirers, or integrations.
• Escalate incidents and coordinate with technical teams, payment providers, and banks to restore and maintain payment performance.
• Analyze the root causes of payment declines and prepare reports and actionable insights.
• Communicate directly with management on initiatives related to expanding and improving the monitoring system.
• Participate in configuring alerts, dashboards, and monitoring rules.
• Analyze the effectiveness of existing alerts and optimize them to reduce false positives.
• Minimize financial losses caused by technical issues and payment processing failures.
• Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and optimize operational processes.
   

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the card payment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of the payment ecosystem: PSPs, acquirers, issuers, 3DS, authorization, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Proven experience analyzing large volumes of transaction data and identifying anomalies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to data analysis.
• Understanding of alerting and monitoring rule design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, OpenSearch/Kibana, Redash, Power BI, or similar monitoring and analytics tools.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI solutions to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above for communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Akurateco products with a focus on sustainable revenue growth;
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders: PSPs, acquirers, merchants, and FinTech companies;
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → closing;
• Design and execute outbound strategies (cold outreach, partnerships, account-based approach);
• Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline (pipeline management, forecasting);
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs;
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy;
• Continuously optimize sales processes, scripts, and conversion metrics;
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within FinTech, payment processing, or SaaS;
• Proven track record of closing complex and high-value deals;
• Strong experience in building and scaling sales pipelines from scratch;
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles;
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills;
• Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset;
• Existing network in the FinTech/payments space will be a strong advantage;
• Higher education in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
   

Language Requirements:

• English: Fluent (C1+), both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Audit the current platform interface and identify visual and UX inconsistencies across modules;
• Build a unified design system / UI kit (components, typography, colors, states, icons, table and form patterns) for the dev team to use as the standard;
• Design mockups and prototypes for new features and modules in Figma, keeping them aligned with the overall design system;
• Work closely with product/PM and developers so new features go through design review instead of being added ad hoc;
• Maintain and update the design system documentation as the product grows;

• Keep in mind this is a B2B product used by merchant/PayFac operators — clarity and efficiency come first, not just visual polish.

   

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in UI/UX design for complex B2B/SaaS products, ideally admin panels, dashboards, CRMs, or fintech/finance systems;
• Experience building a design system / UI kit from scratch or significantly restructuring an existing one;
• Strong Figma skills (auto layout, components, variants, style libraries);
• Understanding of UX principles for data-heavy interfaces (large tables, filters, multi-step forms);
• Ability to work independently;
• Portfolio required, with examples of complex/B2B interface work (dashboards, admin panels, CRMs);
• A plus — experience in fintech/payments or familiarity with payment-system specifics.
