Необхідні навички:

• Від 3 років досвіду в маркетингу (SEO);
• Базові знання Facebook ads;
• Досвід роботи з Google discover, або базове розуміння ранжування;
• Досвід роботи з Google adsense;
• Досвід роботи з інструментами ШІ (chat gpt, claude, gemini); 
• Вміння складати ТЗ для розробників;
• Досвід роботи з таск трекерами (jira, asana); 
• Базові знання e-mail маркетингу;
• Базові знання SMM, планування постів facebook, instagram;

  Функціонал:
  
  Управління та оптимізація веб-ресурсів:
• Комплексна робота з двома версіями сайту PSM (українською та англійською);

• Контроль, аналіз та керування потоками трафіку для забезпечення стабільного росту аудиторії;

  Аналітика та звітність:

• Глибокий аналіз ефективності каналів за допомогою Google Analytics;

• Моніторинг поведінкових факторів користувачів, відстеження ключових метрик (CTR, bounce rate, сесії тощо) та формування регулярних звітів;

  SMM (Маркетинг у соціальних мережах):

• Ведення, розвиток та контроль ефективності офіційних сторінок проєкту в соцмережах;
• Розробка та реалізація SMM-стратегії для залучення трафіку на обидві мовні версії сайту;

We are scaling and looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build and lead the financial function across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the finance function, including processes, controls, and team development
• Conduct audit of financial processes and drive efficiency through automation
• Own consolidated financial reporting in accordance with IFRS standards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting across all legal entities
• Manage and optimize cash flow, including multi-currency and cryptocurrency operations
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial performance
• Oversee settlements with partners and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team
• Establish and enhance management accounting to support strategic decision-making
• Lead international tax planning and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
• Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, and financial regulators

Requirements:
Education & experience

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated financial environment (strong advantage)
• Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple jurisdictions (Europe focus)
• Hands-on experience with IFRS reporting and financial consolidation
• Experience with audits (tax, financial, regulatory)
• Experience implementing or improving financial systems and automation

Our team is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer/SRE.

Requirements:

• Proficient with Kubernetes (MetalLB, GlusterFS)
• Data replication technologies and distributed architecture
• Experience in private clouds: Oracle, AWS (EC2, RDS, VPC, ELB), Azure
• Experience with ELK stack
• Familiarity with MySQL, Percona Monitoring Management and Percona XtraDB Cluster
• Basic knowledge of bash, clear understanding of CI/CD
• Strong knowledge of Linux, especially CentOS
• Expertise in RabbitMQ Cluster
• Proficiency with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with GitLab/CI

Responsibilities:

• Implement system installation projects on cloud infrastructure as per client requests
• Set up logging systems;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in virtualization, databases, Kubernetes (K8s), network, and applications in collaboration with the DevOps team, system network administrators, developers, and QA;
• Support and development of failover virtualization clusters (ECS, Proxmox);
• Write and update roles for automated deployment (Ansible, Terraform, Git, shell script);
• Monitor availability using Prometheus;
• Execute and optimize CI/CD processes;
• Manage specific tools and improve security measures (Firewall, Anti-DDoS, IDS/IPS, WAF);
• Participate in annual PCI DSS audits.
