Responsibilities:

• Audit the current platform interface and identify visual and UX inconsistencies across modules;
• Build a unified design system / UI kit (components, typography, colors, states, icons, table and form patterns) for the dev team to use as the standard;
• Design mockups and prototypes for new features and modules in Figma, keeping them aligned with the overall design system;
• Work closely with product/PM and developers so new features go through design review instead of being added ad hoc;
• Maintain and update the design system documentation as the product grows;

• Keep in mind this is a B2B product used by merchant/PayFac operators — clarity and efficiency come first, not just visual polish.

   

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in UI/UX design for complex B2B/SaaS products, ideally admin panels, dashboards, CRMs, or fintech/finance systems;
• Experience building a design system / UI kit from scratch or significantly restructuring an existing one;
• Strong Figma skills (auto layout, components, variants, style libraries);
• Understanding of UX principles for data-heavy interfaces (large tables, filters, multi-step forms);
• Ability to work independently;
• Portfolio required, with examples of complex/B2B interface work (dashboards, admin panels, CRMs);
• A plus — experience in fintech/payments or familiarity with payment-system specifics.
