    Key Responsibilities:

    • PR Strategy & Execution: Build and lead the PR roadmap for the company and our C-level executives to drive brand authority in the B2B Fintech space.
    • Media Relations (Tier-1): Leverage your existing network to secure organic coverage in top-tier business and tech publications (e.g., TechCrunch, Forbes, Bloomberg, Reuters, Financial FT).
    • Expert Content Creation: Write high-impact articles, op-eds, and press releases. Note: We value authentic, human-driven storytelling; we are looking for a writer who doesn’t rely on AI to find a voice.
    • Thought Leadership: Position our top management as industry visionaries through speaking slots at major global events (ICE, Money20/20) and podcast appearances.
    • Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively monitor the industry landscape and manage the brand’s reputation across global markets.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B Fintech industry: Proven experience in B2B tech, ideally within Fintech, Payments or iGaming.
    • The "Rolodex": A solid track record of established relationships with journalists and editors at Tier-1 international media.
    • Exceptional Writing: Ability to turn complex technical products into compelling narratives. Native or near-native English is a must.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in event management, communications, or employer branding
    • Strong project management skills and experience working with vendors
    • Excellent written communication skills (Russian/Ukrainian + English B2+)
