    The ideal Social Media Manager will be a highly creative, proactive, and data-driven professional with a deep understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies in the crypto and fintech sectors. This individual will manage Paybis’ social media presence across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation. The candidate must be proficient in content creation (including video production and graphic design), social media analytics, and paid advertising strategies, with a passion for the digital landscape and a proven ability to adapt to new trends. Fluency in English and experience managing English-language LinkedIn accounts are critical, as is the willingness to travel frequently for events and collaboration.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute Paybis’ social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
    • Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including videos and graphics, ensuring consistency with Paybis’ brand and voice.
    • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media campaigns.
    • Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adapting strategies to improve key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
    • Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing targeting, creative, and budgets for maximum ROI, with a focus on post promotion.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to messaging across all digital channels.
    • Stay ahead of social media trends, identifying new opportunities for content, engagement, and platform features.
    • Work with CRM platforms to monitor and manage incoming leads generated via social media, ensuring proper tagging, nurturing, and handoff to relevant teams.
    • Set up and maintain basic automations (e.g., using Zapier or similar tools) to connect social platforms, lead capture forms, and analytics tools for a more streamlined marketing operation.

     

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of social media management experience, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech industries.
    • Proven experience in managing social media campaigns, content creation, and analytics, with specific expertise in English-language LinkedIn accounts.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads), including post promotion.
