- Segment and manage email lists to improve targeting and deliverability
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and layouts.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and optimization.
- Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do- Source and recruit qualified experts from academia, industry, and research institutions for patent and litigation projects
- Conduct online research to identify potential candidates with relevant expertise
- Communicate with experts via email, phone, and LinkedIn to assess availability and fit
- Manage relationships with experts and maintain accurate records in our internal CRM system
- Collaborate with project managers and client teams to understand specific case requirements
- Ensure timely expert matching and support the onboarding process
