💻 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Work with MongoDB and Redis to ensure efficient data storage and caching
• Build and manage containerized applications with Docker
• Deploy and scale applications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
• Ensure system performance, security, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Node.js and modern backend architectures
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and in-memory data stores like Redis
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience deploying applications to GCP
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team and help us find top talent for international markets. You will work closely with hiring managers, identify and engage potential candidates, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Manage candidate experience and maintain talent pipelines
• Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
