    We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Quality Manager, ideally with a background in pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated medical field.
     

    This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, who understands the importance of clear procedures (SOPs), audits, and staying compliant with health regulations. You will help bring pharma-level discipline and quality standards into our reproductive medicine practice.
     

    Your Key Responsibilities

    Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness

    • Make sure we always follow local and international healthcare rules (FDA, EMA, GMP, ESHRE, etc.).
    • Keep us ready for inspections at any time.
    • Create and update SOPs and quality documentation.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and adjust internal processes as needed.

    Quality Management

    • Set up and manage a strong Quality Management System (QMS).
    • Oversee documentation, deviation reporting, and batch reviews.
    • Lead internal audits and quality checks.

    Risk & Issue Management

    • Identify and manage risks in lab and IVF procedures.
    • Investigate quality issues, find root causes, and implement corrective actions.
    • Use tools like risk matrix and fishbone diagrams for issue analysis.

    Training & Team Support

    • Train staff on SOPs and quality standards.
    • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Communication & Reporting

    • Work closely with management and clinical teams.
    • Prepare reports on audit results, risks, and compliance.
    • Be the main contact during audits and inspections.
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or compliance in pharma, biotech, or medical settings.
    • Solid knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO standards.
    • IVF/reproductive medicine background is a plus, but not required.
    • Strong English skills (B2–C1).
    • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
