    We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to strengthen and scale our affiliate program across the LATAM region.
    This role requires solid experience in iGaming, a deep understanding of LATAM markets, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive performance through data and partnerships.

     

       Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, recruit, and develop affiliate partnerships within LATAM markets.
    • Negotiate deals, commission structures, and exclusive collaborations.
    • Monitor key performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reports.
    • Attend international iGaming conferences and represent the brand globally.

       

      Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming/Betting), including hands-on experience with LATAM markets.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Strong understanding of performance models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, ROI) and main traffic sources.
    • Existing network of LATAM affiliates will be considered a strong advantage.
