The product and team you will be working with:

You’ll work with the HR team in close partnership with People Operations — a team focused on enabling business goals through manager development, stronger cross-team collaboration, and building a mature people management system. We support stable performance, high engagement, and a strong employee experience.

    Your mission:

    • A people-oriented culture where relationships, clarity, and trust matter.

    What will you do:

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle within the Headway product team: onboarding → development → performance → offboarding.
    • Build a healthy team environment, run 1:1s, and stay connected with teammates.
    • Support performance cycles: work with low-performance cases, support PDP creation, and help teammates grow.
    • Advise leaders on people-related topics and help managers work effectively with their teams.
    • Work closely with the Middle Managers to strengthen team autonomy and development.
    • Foster individual contributors growth, engagement, and effectiveness to drive sustainable team performance and business impact.
    • Strengthen engagement and a culture of collaboration within the Headway Inc.

What do you need to join us:

    • 3+ years of HR experience (product IT is a plus, but other backgrounds are also welcome).
    • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
    • Experience supporting managers — and the ability to challenge them when needed.
    • A structured, strategic approach to working with people and teams.
    • A problem-solving mindset and ability to find simple, practical solutions.
    • Ownership, attention to detail, and genuine care.
    • English — Upper Intermediate.
    • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

    What do we offer:

    • Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
    • An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.
    • Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.
    • Personal development plan.
    • Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.
    • Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.
    • Company doctor and massage in the office.

    About the project

DataImpulse is a proxy service provider with 147,000+ customers worldwide. We offer residential, mobile, and datacenter proxies starting at $1/GB — one of the most competitive rates on the market. We’re looking for an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to own the full outbound pipeline: from building prospect lists to closing deals.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the entire outbound cycle: sourcing prospects, building contact lists, launching email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, handling replies, and closing deals.

    • Research and identify target accounts matching our ICP

    • Build and manage outreach infrastructure: multiple email accounts, domain warm-up, LinkedIn automation tools.

    • Run personalized multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn), A/B test messaging, and optimize for reply rates.

    • Manage pipeline in СRM: track contacts, deals, and communication history.

    • Nurture warm leads through to first purchase and hand off to account management for expansion.

    • Report weekly on outreach volume, reply rates, qualified leads, and closed deals.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of hands-on outbound experience

    • Proven experience with outreach tooling: Apollo, Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar. Tell us your stack.

    • Experience managing multiple email domains/inboxes and LinkedIn accounts at scale (not just 1 mailbox and 1 profile).

    • Track record of generating qualified leads and closing deals in the $500–$50,000 range.

    • Strong written English

    • Experience selling to technical audiences (developers, data engineers, DevOps) is a strong plus.

    • Understanding of email deliverability basics: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM, sending limits.

    • Self-organized: able to split time between prospecting new contacts and managing active conversations without either pipeline going cold.

    Nice to have

    • Experience in proxy, data, SaaS, or infrastructure sales.

    • Familiarity with HubSpot.

    • Understanding of web scraping, proxies, or data collection use cases.

    We offer

    • Flexible working hours.

    • Remote or hybrid work format.

    • Official employment, paid vacations and sick leaves.

    • Performance bonuses tied to pipeline results.

    • Budget for learning and professional development.

    • A growing marketing team with a data-driven culture.

AI Automation Specialist / OpenClaw Developer to $2500

You build systems that run themselves. You take a manual process — content creation, ad management, product development, data monitoring, reporting — and turn it into an automated pipeline powered by AI agents. Then you make sure it keeps working, getting faster, and handling more.

This is a role for someone who thinks in workflows, not features.

    About us

We're a group of companies running 30+ projects across travel, fintech, mobile apps, and AI products. We operate globally and move fast. Our approach: automate everything that can be automated, use AI agents where humans are too slow or too expensive.

We work with OpenClaw (Moltbot) as our core platform for managing AI agent workflows.

    What you'll actually do

    • Build and maintain AI agent automations in OpenClaw for marketing, content generation, product development, and operations
    • Design workflows: what triggers what, which model to use, how to handle errors and edge cases
    • Connect agents to external tools — Browser, Chat bots, Google Ads, social media, email systems, APIs, Codex,
    • Monitor automations: fix what breaks, optimize what's slow, scale what works
    • Create approval flows — humans review AI output before it goes live
    • Document everything so anyone can understand and maintain your systems

Your daily life: You build a new automation → test it → deploy it → monitor it → improve it → build the next one. Repeat.

    What kind of person fits

You're a systems thinker. You see a repetitive process and immediately think "this should be automated." You enjoy building the machine more than using it. You get satisfaction from a clean workflow that runs itself.

You're NOT a product person who gets bored by maintenance. Half of this job is keeping existing automations healthy. If you only want to build new shiny things and hate maintaining them — this role will burn you out fast.

You're a builder, not a dreamer. We need someone who ships working automations, not someone who writes strategy decks about what could be automated.

    What you need

    Must have:

    • At least a few months of hands-on experience building automations with AI
    • Understanding of how AI models work (Claude, GPT, Gemini) — strengths, limits, pricing, context windows
    • Experience building any kind of automations (doesn't have to be OpenClaw — could be Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts, anything)
    • Systems thinking: ability to break complex processes into steps and build reliable pipelines
    • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON — you don't need to code, but you need to understand how systems talk to each other
    • Attention to detail — automations break on edge cases

    Big plus:

    • Experience with OpenClaw / Moltbot or similar AI agent tools or platforms
    • Experience with prompt engineering and multi-step AI workflows

      What we offer

    • 🏢 Office-based role in Warsaw
    • 🤖 Unlimited access to top-tier AI models
    • 🚀 Work across 30+ real products — not one boring project
    • 📈 Fast growth — we're scaling and your role grows with us
    • 🎯 Direct collaboration with the CTO — no bureaucracy

    How to apply

    Please include:

    • Examples of projects you built using AI
    • Your AI setup: tools you use and how you handle limits and costs
    • How would you approach automating a process you've never done manually?

🚀 If you want to build fast, experiment, and shape how the teams of the future will work with AI — we'd love to hear from you.
