We’re looking for a Business Development Manager — someone who understands the casino games market and knows how to turn opportunities into strong B2B partnerships. You’ll drive growth by bringing our games to new operators, aggregators, and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and attract new online casino operators, aggregators, and strategic partners.
• Research markets and GEOs to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the full BD cycle from prospecting to negotiation and partnership launch.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators and aggregators.
• Expand game distribution across new markets and GEOs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership conditions.
• Maintain the CRM and sales pipeline.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Integration teams on new launches.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within an iGaming Game Provider / Casino Game Provider.
• Proven experience working with casino games / slots.
• Experience with online casino operators and/or game aggregators.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and B2B game distribution.
• Experience with international markets and GEOs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
• Proactive mindset and ownership of the full BD process.
• Fluent or B2 English.

Will be a plus:

• Existing network of casino operators, aggregators, or platforms.
• Understanding of GGR, RevShare, game performance, and commercial models.
• Experience with SiGMA, ICE, SBC or other iGaming events.

About the Role: 

OptiPlay is expanding. We are launching a dedicated sub-studio (our second game development squad) and are looking for a strong Game Producer to take full ownership of its pipeline and product vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire slot development process for the sub-studio—from initial concept and documentation (GDD) to certification, launch, and live-ops;
• Team Building: Hire and lead your dedicated creative unit, including Artists, 2D/Spine Animators, and Game Designers;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively manage workflows with resources (Math designers, Developers, and QA) to ensure seamless delivery without bottlenecks;
• Roadmap & Strategy: Define and prioritize your studio’s product roadmap (mechanics, volatility mix, themes) in alignment with co-founders and the overall go-to-market strategy;
• Compliance & Certification: Drive certification readiness (GLI/BMM) and ensure all titles meet strict regulatory standards for key jurisdictions;
• Data & Performance: Set up and monitor game analytics and KPIs (GGR per title, retention, feature engagement, ARPDAU, hit rate).

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years in iGaming (slot provider or similar B2B environment), with a proven portfolio of released slot titles;
• Deep Math Understanding: Strong grasp of slot mathematics (RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus features, jackpots) to effectively collaborate with shared math resources;
• Delivery Focused: Proven ability to deliver slot titles from concept to launch in a lean, fast-paced environment;
• Compliance Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GLI/BMM certification processes and regulatory constraints;
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, comfortable with high autonomy, and capable of setting up clear production pipelines from zero;
• Communication: Strong ability to sync with shared tech teams, report directly to founders, and manage external partners.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in building or scaling a game development team / sub-studio.
• Exposure to RGS platforms, aggregator integrations, and regulated markets.
• A strong mix of product vision, visual design taste, and data-driven decision-making.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Drive Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement an end-to-end B2B marketing strategy, defining ambitious goals, key promotion channels, and measurable KPIs;
• Budget & Performance Management: Take full ownership of marketing budgets, optimize spending, and continuously evaluate campaign ROI;
• Brand & PR Ownership: Elevate brand recognition, manage our industry reputation, and build strong relationships with iGaming media, partners, and influencers;
• Digital & Content Leadership: Coordinate integrated digital marketing efforts, including SMM, SEO, email campaigns, and content strategy designed to engage operators and players alike;
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Deep-dive into market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new growth channels within the iGaming space;
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous learning;
• Events & Trade Shows: Plan, coordinate, and lead our presence at top international iGaming events and expos to maximize networking and business opportunities;

• Visual Identity & Design Oversight: Collaborate with designers to approve visual assets, ensuring high standards and consistency across all promo materials.

   

💎 What you bring

• 3+ years of marketing experience in iGaming (game provider side preferred), with a proven track record of shipping successful campaigns and scaling brand awareness;
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics in the slots/casino ecosystem;
• Strong experience in budget allocation, performance analytics, and KPI tracking;
• Hands-on expertise in digital channels (SMM, SEO, Email) and event management for international trade shows (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, etc.);
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute quickly without unnecessary red tape;
