About the job
This role turns commercial and market data into decisions at a fast-growing IoT connectivity company.
As Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will own the analysis behind Onomondo's commercial choices: who we target, where our addressable market is, and how our segments perform. Your work helps Onomondo continuously refine its GTM segmentation.
You will report to Petar Samardzija and join the Commercial Excellence team. You will work alongside an analytics engineer who is building the infrastructure behind our live reporting.
The role has two halves.
Recurring commercial reporting
- Monitor commercial funnel performance across segments, geographies and verticals.
- Catch trends timely and advice on over performing and under performing segment.
- You are responsible for a variety of reporting on commercial performance.
Market and segment insights
- Define and maintain our lead prioritisation mechanisms.
- Maintain and improve TAM/SAM/SOM models by vertical and country.
- Analyse performance across segments, and show where we are over- or under-represented against the market.
- Own the internal market definitions and tracking so the whole commercial organisation uses one version of the truth.
- Turn the analysis into clear recommendations for GTM teams.
- Monitor markets for regulatory changes, growth of the new use cases etc.
This is you
- Professional proficiency in English.
- [2–4] years in commercial analytics, RevOps or a similar analytical role.
- Strong CRM analytics: you know the data model, and you know where its numbers can mislead.
- Hands-on experience with structured market sizing, bottom-up and top-down, with assumptions you can defend.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using LLM tools in your day-to-day analysis.
- You enjoy both building a clean recurring report and working through an open-ended market question.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, telecom, IoT or other recurring-revenue businesses is an advantage.
As a person, you are sceptical of data in a healthy way, structured, and commercially curious. You communicate clearly to non-analysts, and you care about getting the number right more than getting it out fast.

About Onomondo
You know that rental bike you unlocked with your phone this morning? Or the tracker on your dog's collar that tells you he's two streets away, again? Neither of those works without a network connection. Onomondo is the layer that makes sure the data actually gets through.
We're the infrastructure behind the Internet of Things (IoT). Companies building connected products come to us for the connectivity that keeps their devices online, anywhere in the world, and for the platform where they manage, monitor, and troubleshoot it themselves.
If this sounds like you, apply with your CV and a short motivation at the top. We review applications on an ongoing basis.
