Hi there! We’re Onicore, a growing fintech company building user-friendly payment solutions for a global audience. And we’re looking for a marketing designer who thinks in terms of communication design, not someone who says “I only make banners.” This is a role with plenty of room for experimentation, unconventional ideas, and bold, even crazy concepts.
 

What you’ll do:

You'll be working on two levels:

1. Tactical / Day-to-Day Level:

Rapid production of marketing materials in various formats:

- Social media and ad creatives

- Presentations, pitch decks, and partner materials

- Promo videos and demo videos

- Guides, instructions, and other communication materials

- Occasionally - offline materials
 

2. Strategic / Partial Level:

- Support and evolve the visual style of products to ensure communication feels cohesive, modern, and premium.

- Work across products such as B2B solutions, regularly creating pitch decks, demos, presentations, and partner materials.
 

What we expect you to have:

- Experience in digital marketing design.

- Thinking in terms of communication design, not just individual formats.

- Ability to deliver across different types of tasks: performance materials, social media creatives, landing pages, presentations, and brand assets.

- Experience supporting and evolving a product’s or brand’s visual system.

- Strong portfolio with diverse deliverables (not focused on one format for years).

- Self-sufficiency: comfortable working with incomplete briefs, gathering context, and proposing solutions and options independently.

- Maintaining a consistently high quality bar without constant supervision.

- AI-friendly mindset: uses AI as a creative accelerator, experiments with new tools, and delivers professional-level results (not “generated-looking” visuals).

- Nice to have: agency experience or experience in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks and quick iterations.

And now we are looking for a talented and experienced AI-oriented Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)  to drive the development and scaling of AI solutions within the product, as well as optimize development processes using modern AI tools (including Claude Code).
 

Your Key Duties:

• Develop frontend/fullstack functionality (TypeScript)
• Integrate and evolve AI solutions within the product (LLMs, agents, automation)
• Use and advance AI tools in development workflows (including Claude Code)
• Run experiments with new AI approaches and implement them in production
• Optimize development processes through AI
   

Your Skills:

• Commercial experience in frontend/fullstack development
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Understanding of the modern AI landscape and practical use of AI tools
• Experience integrating AI or working on AI-related projects (commercial or pet projects)
• High level of autonomy and ownership
   

Nice to have:

• Experience building and working with AI agents
• Prompt engineering / automation experience
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI dev tools
• Experience with:

And now we are looking for a talented and experienced Java Team Lead to join our team. If you’re passionate about working with the latest technologies, contributing to exciting product developments, and collaborating with an awesome team, we want to hear from you!
 
Your Key Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based applications in the FinTech domain.
• Implement and optimize multithreaded and concurrent solutions, ensuring thread safety and system reliability.
• Build and maintain microservices using the Spring ecosystem.
• Ensure database efficiency, including query optimization, proper indexing, and transaction handling.
• Evaluate and improve application performance, conduct profiling sessions, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations with internal and external systems.
• Participate in architectural discussions, propose improvements, and drive technical initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
   

Your Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+ (knowledge of modern language features, streams, lambdas, functional programming concepts).
• Deep understanding of core Java:
• Collections Framework, Generics, Streams, Functional Interfaces
• Concurrency utilities (Executors, CompletableFuture, Fork/Join, Locks, Atomics, etc.)
• Proven experience with the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Data (JPA/Hibernate), Spring Security, Spring Cloud (microservices).
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including:
• Transactions, isolation levels, and locking mechanisms
• Query optimization and indexing strategies
• Hands-on experience with multithreading and concurrency, including race conditions, deadlocks, synchronization, and strategies to avoid them.
• Proficiency in synchronous and asynchronous communication: REST, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.), event-driven architectures.
• Experience working on FinTech or financial services projects.
• Strong focus on performance evaluation, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive solutions proactively.
• Self-driven and responsible, capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native environments.
• Experience with application profiling and performance tuning:
• Tools such as VisualVM, JFR (Java Flight Recorder), JMC (Java Mission Control)
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Analyzing complexity of SQL queries and optimizing execution plans
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, event sourcing, or CQRS.
