What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a related software/SaaS documentation role.
• Excellent written English (C1) and solid spoken English (B2).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and iterative development.
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as ClickUp, Git, and Markdown.
• Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for writing, prompting, and content generation.
• Experience documenting RESTful APIs and using tools like Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman.
• Familiarity with JSON, YAML, XML, and a basic grasp of HTML/CSS.

Nice to Have

• CI/CD: пайплайни, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins;
• Containers & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes;
• Cloud (AWS): EC2, IAM, S3, RDS та розділення середовищ (dev/stage/prod);
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible;
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, New Relic;
• Security: DevSecOps-підхід, участь в аудитах;
• Architecture basics: frontend / backend / API / database / cache; Monolith vs Microservices;
• Version control: Git (pull requests, branching, merging), GitHub/GitLab;
• Базове розуміння стеків веб/мобільної розробки.
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи в iGaming або high-load проєктах з критичними даними;
• Робота з проектами на PHP (Laravel) та Vue.js;
• Досвід координації проходження аудитів безпеки (CIS, ISO, SOC2, PCI DSS);
• Розуміння GitOps, управління конфігураціями, секретами, Helm;
• Глибокі знання Scrum і досвід проведення всіх agile-церемоній;
• Навички ефективної фасилітації командних обговорень;
• Досвід роботи у середовищі з багатьма технічними командами;

• Самостійність, здатність працювати у швидко змінних умовах та з мінливими пріоритетами.

Робочий час: з 09:00/10:00 до 17:00/18:00 (за київським часом) (пн-пт).
