    You are our ideal candidate if you:

    • 5+ years in B2B marketing or a mixed B2B/B2C environment
    • At least 2–3 years in the role of Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Product Manager, or Digital Marketer
    • English — B2/C1 (required)
    • Experience launching multichannel lead-generation campaigns (performance + content)
    • Preferred: experience in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS/B2B services
    • Experience working with sales/business development teams
    • Experience organizing and preparing marketing materials for exhibitions, conferences, and partner launches (preferred)

     

    What you will do:

    • Develop communication plans to attract potential business clients in the countries of presence.
    • Create and implement lead-generation marketing campaigns to attract business clients in the target countries.
    • Develop and update value propositions and selling stories for the B2B segment.
    • Analyze and segment potential business clients.
    • Create and adapt content for communications with business clients (landing pages, presentations, promo materials, emails, etc.).
    • Prepare and launch marketing and co-promotion activities with business clients.
    • Organize Nova Post’s participation in business exhibitions, industry events, and conferences for lead generation.
    • Optimize the lead acquisition funnel (MQL) from marketing campaigns and closely collaborate with the Sales department to increase MQL→SQL conversion.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing teams and country CEOs to align value propositions and launch initiatives in the countries of presence.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
    • Manage briefs, contractors, design, and production for B2B marketing projects.
    • Plan and control marketing budgets for business-client activities.

    • Керувати командою SDR: Набирати, навчати, мотивувати та розвивати команду фахівців з розвитку бізнесу, забезпечуючи досягнення високих показників.
    • Будувати та оптимізувати процеси: Розробляти та впроваджувати ефективні стратегії генерації лідів, включаючи визначення цільової аудиторії, розробку скриптів та автоматизацію процесів.
    • Формувати воронку аквізиції: Визначати та освоювати нові канали залучення потенційних клієнтів, забезпечуючи стабільний потік кваліфікованих лідів для різних продуктів компанії.
    • Забезпечувати взаємодію з командою продажів: Тісно співпрацювати з Sales Team, щоб гарантувати безперебійний перехід лідів та максимальну ефективність конверсії.
    • Аналізувати та покращувати показники: Відстежувати ключові метрики, такі як MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) в SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) та SQL в закриту угоду, виявляти вузькі місця та впроваджувати покращення для підвищення загальної конверсії.

    Який досвід нам потрібен?

    • Досвід від 4 років на позиції SDR Team Lead, Sales Manager або на аналогічній керівній ролі в сфері розвитку бізнесу/продажів.
    • Підтверджений досвід у побудові та оптимізації процесів генерації лідів.
    • Досвід управління командою, включаючи найм, навчання та розвиток співробітників.
    • Глибоке розуміння воронки продажів та принципів роботи з конверсіями.
    • Успішний досвід роботи з різними каналами залучення клієнтів (наприклад, холодні дзвінки, email-маркетинг, LinkedIn, івенти тощо).
    • Аналітичне мислення та здатність приймати рішення, ґрунтуючись на даних. Відмінні комунікативні та міжособистісні навички.
    • Проактивність, орієнтація на результат та лідерські якості.
