We are currently looking for a Retention manager.

You are our candidate if:

• Have 4−6 years of successful experience in retention, CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing;
• Experience in e-commerce, service-based businesses, fintech, telecom, or delivery sectors will be a strong advantage;
• Possess hands-on experience in building deep customer database segmentations and launching automated CRM scenarios (prior experience with Yespo, Infobip, or similar CDP/CRM platforms is a must);
• Have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, cohort analysis, churn models, control groups, and incremental effect (incrementality) measurement;
• Experience in successfully managing loyalty, bonus, or referral programs will be a significant advantage;
• Are proficient in analytical tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc., with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business hypotheses;
• Have experience in conducting A/B testing, evaluating ROMI/ROI, and analyzing the overall economics of promotional campaigns;
• Possess strong project management, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Are fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

What you will be doing:

• Developing retention strategies for European markets, deep database segmentation, and launching win-back mechanics to prevent churn and stimulate repeat shipments;
• Managing a multi-channel CRM calendar (email, push, SMS, in-app), setting up automated trigger lifecycles (from onboarding to reactivation), and conducting regular A/B tests;
• Full ownership of the loyalty program (strategy, mechanics, gamification, referral schemes), analyzing redemption rates, and controlling overall unit economics;
• Attracting and onboarding new partners into the loyalty program ecosystem, negotiating terms, aligning commercial conditions, and launching joint cross-promotional campaigns;
• Monitoring key metrics (Retention, Churn, LTV), measuring incremental effect (incremental revenue/shipments) using control groups, and drafting technical requirements for IT and the mobile app;
• Working closely with marketing, product, IT, and finance teams across Europe and Ukraine, as well as coordinating external agencies and contractors.
