We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager who will be responsible for developing existing client relationships, building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth within the client base, and expanding the portfolio in the German market.

Key Requirements:

• Middle — Senior level with 2+ years of successful experience in account management, customer support, B2B sales, or similar roles;
• Experience in Logistics or E-commerce is a significant advantage;
• Languages: German — Upper-Intermediate or higher, Ukrainian — native, English — an advantage;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client performance, process large volumes of data, and make data-driven decisions;
• Stress resistance, ability to multitask, and successfully manage several deals simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
 

• Relationship management: building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients
• Client development: identifying new client needs and expanding cooperation through upsell and cross-sell
• Contract renewal: ensuring timely renewal of existing agreements
• Issue resolution: proactively addressing client requests and issues, coordinating with internal teams
• Customer satisfaction: monitoring satisfaction levels, collecting feedback, and driving improvements
• Needs analysis: analyzing client business needs and adapting company solutions accordingly
• CRM management: maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data, interaction history, and opportunities in CRM
• Reporting: preparing regular reports on client portfolio performance and results
• Strategic planning: developing and implementing individual growth plans for key clients

• Experience in negotiations with C-level stakeholders and the ability to sell value rather than compete solely on price
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset and ability to achieve ambitious targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changes
• Proficiency in the German language at B2 level or higher. English would be an advantage.

• Sales cycle management: managing the full sales cycle from receiving a qualified lead to closing the deal

Co budeš dělat
