We are a growing eCommerce agency specializing in Shopify development and optimization. We help merchants build, scale, and improve their online stores through technology, data, and customer-focused solutions.
We are looking for an eCommerce Tracking & Analytics Specialist to own analytics implementation, conversion tracking, and data accuracy across Shopify stores and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementations.
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers and tracking configurations.
- Implement and validate Shopify eCommerce tracking and customer journey measurement.
- Configure and monitor Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Set up and validate Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Support implementation of TikTok Pixel and other marketing platform integrations when needed.
- Audit tracking setups and identify data collection issues.
- Investigate discrepancies between Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
- Ensure accurate tracking of key eCommerce events, including product views, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchases.
- Create tracking documentation, measurement plans, and implementation guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to implement tracking requirements.
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify potential tracking issues.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation, or marketing technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Experience with eCommerce tracking and attribution.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Shopify analytics ecosystem.
- Understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve tracking issues.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify Customer Events and Web Pixels.
- Experience with Server-Side Tracking.
- Knowledge of Google Consent Mode v2 and privacy compliance requirements.
- Experience with TikTok Pixel and other advertising platforms.
- Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
- Agency experience working with multiple eCommerce clients.
