Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter who thrives in a modern, non-traditional hiring environment. This role is focused on talent outreach and engagement, rather than conventional job posting and screening.
You will work with a curated pool of high-quality developers and directly connect with them via LinkedIn to introduce opportunities from our partner companies.
 

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with pre-qualified developer candidates via LinkedIn
- Introduce NewGig Solutions and present relevant opportunities
- Engage candidates and assess their interest in open roles.
- Build strong relationships with high-level Web3 and tech talent
- Maintain communication and follow-ups with potential candidates
- Represent partner companies in a professional and compelling manner

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent sourcing
- Strong experience using LinkedIn for outreach and candidate engagement
- Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or software engineering roles
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach pipelines
- Experience engaging senior-level or leadership candidates is a strong plus
