We aren't looking for a traditional salesperson—our product is already superior to anything else on the market. We need a Business Development Manager who excels at the art of the "approach," identifies the right stakeholders within publishing companies, and scales our distribution.

The Role

Your mission is to expand our global footprint by acquiring and maintaining high-value publishing partners. You will be the bridge between our technical team and our distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Targeted Research: Identify and vet potential publishers capable of driving significant distribution volume.
• Strategic Acquisition: Navigate organizations to find the right decision-makers and secure long-term partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring consistent traffic flow and satisfaction.
• Product Evolution: Collaborate with our remote team to communicate partner needs for custom software builds and product optimizations.

• Base Salary: A competitive monthly foundation.
• Uncapped Volume Commission: We pay a commission for every single user installation. * Recurring Earnings: Your monthly bonus is calculated based on the full volume of your entire portfolio—including both new acquisitions and the ongoing traffic from existing clients.
