    Are you a proactive hunter who knows how to open doors and build lasting partnerships? At Nakarta Limited, we don’t just build software; we dominate our niche. Since our founding in Paphos in 2018, we have developed a market-leading suite of software utilities that are free for users and highly profitable for our partners.

     

    We aren't looking for a traditional salesperson—our product is already superior to anything else on the market. We need a Business Development Manager who excels at the art of the "approach," identifies the right stakeholders within publishing companies, and scales our distribution.

     

    The Role

    Your mission is to expand our global footprint by acquiring and maintaining high-value publishing partners. You will be the bridge between our technical team and our distributors.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Targeted Research: Identify and vet potential publishers capable of driving significant distribution volume.
    • Strategic Acquisition: Navigate organizations to find the right decision-makers and secure long-term partnerships.
    • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring consistent traffic flow and satisfaction.
    • Product Evolution: Collaborate with our remote team to communicate partner needs for custom software builds and product optimizations.

    • A Master of Outreach: You know how to get through to the "ungettable" people.
    • Hands-on & Self-Driven: We are a small, nimble team. You take full ownership of your pipeline without needing a nudge.
    • Fully Flexible: Global business doesn't keep 9-to-5 hours. You are comfortable managing your own schedule to meet partner needs.
    • Results-Oriented: You are motivated by data, growth, and high-volume traffic.

     

    Compensation & Benefits

    We believe in rewarding growth directly. Our compensation model is designed for high-performers who want to see their effort reflected in their paycheck.

    • Base Salary: A competitive monthly foundation.
    • Uncapped Volume Commission: We pay a commission for every single user installation. * Recurring Earnings: Your monthly bonus is calculated based on the full volume of your entire portfolio—including both new acquisitions and the ongoing traffic from existing clients. As your partners grow, you grow.
    • 100% Remote: Work from wherever you are most productive.
