About us

Nahmani Group (nahmanigroup.com) is a US-focused PropTech platform for real estate developers and investors. In one place we help them find off-market deals, run a full underwriting analysis (ARV, repair estimate, profit, ROI), send LOIs, manage the pipeline in a built-in CRM — and, most importantly, raise capital for a deal through a dedicated investor page for each property.

The product is live and growing. We're a small team, so your designs  ship fast — usually within days, not quarters.

What you'll be designing

Deal analysis screens — data-dense tables, property cards, comps, underwriting breakdowns.

Think PropStream, but clearer.

Property investor pages — public landing pages that raise capital for a specific property. Trust, clarity and conversion are everything here.

CRM — pipeline, deal stages, tasks, communication history.

Dashboards and reports for developers, investors and (later) lenders.

Design system — components, tokens, states, mobile/desktop, so the product stops looking assembled from parts.

What we're looking for 2+ years in product design (web apps, not only landing pages)

Strong Figma: auto-layout, components, variants, tokens, prototypes

Experience with data-heavy B2B interfaces — tables, filters, charts, dashboards

Ability to design responsive layouts and hand off clean, dev-ready files

You think about states: empty, loading, error, long text, 300 rows of data

English Intermediate+ (product and users are US-based; team communication can be in Ukrainian)

Portfolio required — we care about how you think, not only about the shots

Nice to have

Experience in fintech, proptech, real estate, investment or analytics products

Understanding of basic HTML/CSS constraints (you don't need to code)

Experience designing landing pages that convert

Familiarity with AI-driven product interfaces

Nahmani Group is a SaaS platform for real estate developers and investors. We help developers find deals, analyze them (price, ARV, repair estimates, full underwriting), send LOIs, and — most importantly — raise capital: we build a dedicated page for each property, promote it to social media and the developer's contacts, and connect them with investors and lenders. We also run a CRM that lets developers manage their deals end to end. The platform is live and built on a modern stack (Vercel, Supabase, and several AI-driven features).

What you'll do

You'll be the person who keeps the platform running day to day and makes sure everything works.

• Monitor the live platform (frontend on Vercel, database on Supabase) and make sure it stays healthy and fast.
• Own the deal data: keep property information, pricing, ARV, and analysis accurate and up to date.
• Operate and QA our AI features (deal scoring, automated outreach, LOI generation, chat) — catch issues, report them, and help improve them.
• Handle bugs and small technical fixes; coordinate larger ones with developers.
• Support developers and investors using the platform — onboard them, answer questions, keep them moving through the pipeline.
• Manage the CRM: track deals, keep records clean, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Build the property capital-raise pages and coordinate their promotion.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a technical operations, QA, support engineer, or similar hands-on role.
• Comfortable with web apps and cloud tools — you can navigate a dashboard, read logs, and spot when something is off.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a big plus) and how web platforms work.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently without close supervision.
• Good written English (B1+) — you'll communicate with users and the team in English.
• A proactive owner mindset: you notice problems before they become fires.

Nice to have

• Experience with Supabase, Vercel, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI / LLM-based tools or automation.
• Any exposure to real estate, fintech, or investment platforms.
• Light coding ability (JavaScript / SQL) to make small fixes yourself.
