We are looking for a creative and results-driven SMM Specialist to manage and enhance our social media presence. This is a part-time role, requiring skills in content creation and digital marketing, with a focus on growing engagement and building a strong online presence.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in social media management (or strong passion and understanding of the field)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Google Analytics
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• English level: B1 or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques
• Understanding of B2B marketing strategies
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content plans, ensuring their successful execution
• Develop engaging content such as posts, carousels, videos, client case studies, and industry insights
• Explore new content formats (LinkedIn Live, TikTok Shorts) for B2B storytelling
• Develop and execute a strategic content and social media plan for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other B2B channels
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports

• Provide recommendations for content optimization and growth strategies

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and closing positions for outstaffing projects.
• Using various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, recommendations, and Telegram groups, while managing incoming applications.
• Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
• Verifying English proficiency and conducting English checks.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
• Collaborating with Partnership and Sales Managers to define role requirements.
• Coordinating interviews with Technical Leads.
• Managing candidate profiles in the database.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Strong interest in recruitment and career growth in the IT field.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and fast-paced work environments.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.
• Experience in recruitment in non-IT companies or agencies will be considered a plus.
• Completion of recruitment courses will be considered a plus.
• A background in psychology, human resources, or a similar field will be considered a plus.
