    We are looking for a motivated and skilled Delivery Project Manager (Non-IT) to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in retail business, logistics, and large-scale project management, or a strong interest in these sectors with a desire to develop professionally.

     

    In this role, you will focus on improving project efficiency, accelerating time-to-market, and strengthening Modern Expo’s ability to attract new clients.

    What you’ll be working on:

    • Lead project teams in delivering strategic objectives aligned with Modern Expo’s OOH Solutions portfolio.
    • Foster a collaborative environment among the company’s departments and international offices.
    • Drive innovation in product and service delivery through continuous feedback loops and workshops with teams (retrospective, pyramid principle training, working backwards etc.).
    • Ensure that all projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks.

     

    Preferred requirements for this role:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading complex projects within production, software deployment, R&D industries (experience in logistics or related industries will be a benefit).
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
    • Strong understanding of hardware production and software solutions, and their integration into customers projects deployment.
    • Experience working in multicultural environments and managing international teams.
    • Willingness to drive continuous learning and quality of communications within Modern Expo.
    • Minimum B1 English proficiency (both written and spoken).
    • Availability to be based in Modern Expo’s Headquarters in Lutsk.
    • Strong background in project management with certifications such as PMP or Prince2 being a must.
    • Pyramid principle and Working Backwards practical experience being an advantage.

    We are looking for an experienced Country Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing a team, and ensuring the company`s growth and success in the Spanish market.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Development and implementation national sales strategy and sales plan according to company goals and vision.
    • Building, leading, managing and mentoring the sales team at national level.
    • Accurate forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace both on a national scale and for Key Clients, market analytics.
    • Development of sales and partnership with current Key Clients, attract and start sales to new ones.
    • Justifying sales plans and reporting sales results to a board of directors, CEO or co-owners.
    • Facilitate open communication between branches and employees.

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing large-scale operations in retail business in Spain, preferably in the retail equipment supply sector (e.g., refrigerators, store shelves, checkout systems).
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
    • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and competitive landscape.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish ( C1+ both written and spoken).
    • Business Development and Sales experience.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
