Role Overview: As a Bonus Manager, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining website content via the admin panel, testing content for accuracy, and configuring key parameters like bonuses and promotions. Your role will also include overseeing translations, verifying content localization, and ensuring seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation, modification, deletion, and management of bonuses on the internal platform.
• Creating bonuses for planned campaigns, promotions, triggers, and activities.
• Preparing and writing descriptions of bonus mechanics and rules for customers, and updating the website with this information.
• Creating technical specifications for specific types of bonuses.
• Updating bonus policies on the website frontend and in customer communications.
• Creating and overseeing the execution of tasks for related departments (design/copywriting/content/marketing).
• Optional – Analyzing customer bonus activity (bonus rate/conversion/profitability).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position within the iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of HTML to make minor content adjustments - will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms for content management and configuration.
• Proven ability to plan and publish content within deadlines, including time-sensitive campaigns.
• Attention to detail in verifying content display across devices.
• Experience configuring bonuses and promotional activities in admin panels is highly desirable.
• Ability to delegate and oversee tasks for copywriters, designers, and translators.
• Familiarity with Jira for task management and tracking.
• Experience in website localization for multiple language versions, including managing and reviewing translations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Your role will also include overseeing translations, verifying content localization, and ensuring seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage content updates and publications through the admin panel.
• Manage the portfolio of games on the product.
• Test content before publishing to eliminate errors.
• Configure parameters in the admin panel, including bonuses and promotions.
• Upload and update graphic and textual content such as sliders and banners.
• Work with translations: upload, verify accuracy, and ensure proper display.
• Conduct regular testing on mobile and desktop devices to ensure content quality.
