We are looking for highly responsible and motivated person, with desire to work and develop in recruiting, goal-oriented and fast learning for the position of Researcher.
 

Daily scope of work:

• Active search for qualified candidates, according to vacancies requirements, using following channels: LinkedIn, professional community, forums, internal database, social networks, job boards etc.
• CV screening, selection, adding to SmartRecruiters and keep updates in the system till the end of the hiring process;
• Initial contact with potential «cold» candidates;
• Conduct of various market analysis, data research, compliance of appropriate reports, presentations;
• Maintain and increase internal databases, related reports;
• Job description congregation and quality check in accordance with corporate norms and templates;
• Additional responsibilities: alternative models of research, phone screenings (candidate's salary expectation, short phone interview etc.).
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree (for students we can offer flexible schedule);
• 0,5-1 + year of experience in recruitment agency, IT company, marketing or sales department on position of assistant (junior), researcher;
• English level upper or higher;
• Desire to develop recruitment carrier;
• Attentiveness to details and efficiency in search.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Intern to join our Recruiting Team at Miratech. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who enjoys finding world-class talent on a global basis using a variety of sourcing techniques, tools, and resources. You will work cross-functionally with different business departments to understand hiring priorities and use that knowledge to build deep talent pipelines. This position is subject to onboarding and working remotely during these uncertain times and the rapidly changing environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Talent sourcing through LinkedIn direct outreach. 
• Provide a strong focus on sourcing passive and active candidates through networking, complex internet searches, research, name generation, and calls.
• Perform search functions, including database mining, job board searches, and functional web searches.
• Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent.
• Be an ambassador to the company, share our values and increase brand awareness in the market and ensure all candidates receive a position experience.
• Maintain and track your sourced talent within our ATS (SmartRecruiters).

• Track critical recruitment data, and produce regular (and ad-hoc) reports on recruiting activities.

   

Qualifications

• Any demonstrated experience in the Recruiting/Sourcing field.
• Familiarity with main development languages, libraries, frameworks and understanding the crucial differences between them.
• Fluency in English. Ability to conveniently communicate with international people.

• Distinct LinkedIn profile.

We seek to employ an enthusiastic and driven intern to assist our legal department with lawyer tasks. The legal Intern’s responsibilities include helping our Legal team to draft, review, and amend contracts, opinions, letters, and other legal documents.
To be successful as a trainee in the legal department, you should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the supervisor, providing advice to client contacts on legal issues;
• Legal writing and research;
• Assisting with the preparation of Board and committee meeting materials;
• Assisting generally with corporate governance matters, as needed;
• Researching issues related to legal interpretive requests;
• Reviewing and assisting in developing processes for expediting legal procedures
• Conducting research on several areas related to legal issues

The Junior Business Analyst will support the client team in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing actionable insights to drive improvements. This role is key in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the implementation of solutions. The Junior Business Analyst will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders using effective data collection and business analysis techniques.
• Developing and updating technical documentation, specifications, process diagrams, and other project-related materials.
• Analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align requirements and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
• Participating in project planning and coordination activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops to discuss requirements and ideas.
• Actively participating in all stages of project implementation, from initial requirements gathering to deployment.

Qualifications

• On-site position in the Pryluky office - 3-5 days a week. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• Knowledge of business analysis principles, project management methodologies and business analysis techniques.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with documentation and modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA).
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Intermediate speaking English level.
