Senior Growth Analyst (iGaming / Crypto Casino)

About the Role
 

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst who understands player behavior, thinks critically about business performance, and turns data into decisions that drive revenue.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of growth, analytics, and CRM, helping us understand what drives player acquisition, first deposits, retention, and long-term value. You’ll evaluate the real impact of bonuses and promotions, identify conversion bottlenecks, design experiments, and provide actionable insights that help the business grow profitably.

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond dashboards and reporting, someone who challenges assumptions, investigates unexpected results, and can clearly explain what the numbers mean for the business.

Industry experience in online casino, betting, crypto casino, or skin/CS2 gaming is required.

 

What You’ll Do

• Analyze growth and revenue: Evaluate player acquisition, registration-to-deposit conversion, first-time deposits (FTD), repeat deposits, retention, and reactivation.
• Measure promotional performance: Analyze bonus and campaign effectiveness, wagering requirements, promotional costs, and ROI to identify what drives incremental revenue and what wastes budget.
• Optimize conversion funnels: Find friction points across the player journey, from signup to first deposit and subsequent deposits, and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Run experiments: Design and analyze A/B tests, define success metrics, assess statistical significance, and translate results into clear business recommendations.
• Build player segments: Identify high-value, at-risk, dormant, and newly activated players to support targeted CRM and retention campaigns.
• Track player value: Analyze metrics such as LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, GGR, and NGR to understand player profitability and long-term growth.
• Build reliable analytics: Write efficient SQL queries, use Python for deeper analysis and automation, and develop dashboards or reports that support decision-making.

• Challenge the data: Investigate anomalies, validate assumptions, identify data-quality issues, and ensure conclusions are statistically sound.

  
   

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in casino, betting, crypto casino, or skin/CS2 gaming. You understand how these businesses operate and how player behavior affects revenue.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Solid statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance, and A/B testing methodology.
• Strong understanding of iGaming metrics, including FTD, deposit conversion, retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, GGR, NGR, and bonus ROI.
