Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structure.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all materials.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for identified issues.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.
• Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital agency or IT company.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

1. Досвід роботи на позиції SEO-спеціаліста або SEO курси.

2. використання інструментів: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Serpstat.

3. Успішні кейси по просуванню.

4. Розуміння алгоритмів пошукових систем та факторів ранжування.

5. Знання методів оптимізації та вміння знаходити точки росту для проєкта.

Буде плюсом:

1. Володіння англійською на рівні Intermediate та вище.

Що потрібно робити:

1. Участь у розробці глобальної річної та квартальної SEO-стратегії та захист її перед клієнтом:

- аналіз тематик, конкурентів та їх основних методів просування;

- аналіз трендів та нових підходів/тактик на ринку SEO;

- розробка та імплементація стратегії спільно з командою;

- відслідковування результатів та вчасне корегування стратегії при необхідності для досягнення KPI по проєкту.

2. Планування, розподілення та виконання тактичних задач згідно стратегії та напрямкам: технічна, структурна та контекстна оптимізації.

3. Пошук нових точок зросту: підготовка гіпотез та їх презентація команді, проведення експериментів та підготовка висновків за їх результатами.

4. Моніторинг технічного стану сайту, використовуючи інструменти: Google Search Console, Netpeak Spider, Chrome DevTools та ін.

5. Повне інформування клієнта про: результати просування, виконання плану задач, звіти по виконаним задачам, будь-які досягнення та невдачі проєкту через РМ.

6. Перевірка реалізації задач по проєкту.
