Понад 7 років на ринку розробки, понад 40 успішно завершених проектів. Працюємо з ринком Європи, Америки, Азії. На даний момент виконуємо проєкти для стартапів, а також великих компаній та агенцій. Останнім часом зосереджено на аутстафф продажах та розвитку власного проєкту.
Основна спеціалізація — розробка нативних мобільних додатків та SAAS рішень. Також надаємо послуги з комплексної розробки сайтів та інші послуги у сфері digital.
Чому ми можемо добре спрацюватись:
— У нас невелика команда . А це простота, рівність та комфорт. І всі люди — круті.
— Уся бюрократія та процедури заради процедур зведено до мінімуму.
— Проте проводимо дейлі-мітинги, плануємо спринти та тримаємо менеджмент на високому рівні.
— Можна підібрати зручний графік роботи.Працюємо віддалено , можна закінчити роботу трохи раніше, і допрацювати потім.
— Довіра всередині команди, а отже, жодних програм-шпигунів і трекерів пробігу мишки.
— Не вітаємо овертайми та завдання «на вчора». Так, буває іноді, але зводимо такі випадки до мінімуму.
— У нас справді цікаві та складні задачі. Ніяких шаблонів та вордпресів.

Чому можемо НЕ спрацюватись:
— Якщо шукаєте велику компанію, яка працює за чіткими правилами;
— Якщо шукаєте навчання від 5 тимлідів, які розпишуть все по кроках. Так, ми культивуємо обмін досвідом і допомагаємо менш досвідченим колегам, але очікуємо ініціативність і самостійність.
— Якщо боїтеся змін у процесі розробки. Клієнти змінили завдання, коли половина роботи вже зроблена — стандартна ситуація щомісяця. Це прикро, але так відбувається через різні обставини.
