Responsibilities:

HR Tasks (30%)

• Administrative support for HR processes.
• Managing access to work tools and tracking employees’ working hours.
• Handling internal documentation and liaising with the team on HR matters.

Account Management (30%)

• Preparing reports and maintaining internal records.
• Monitoring the accuracy of recorded work hours and processed payments.
• Coordinating communication between teams and clients.

Administrative Support (20%)

• Organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling incoming requests.
• Sending reminders about key tasks and deadlines.

Personal Assistance (20%)

• Assisting with both business and personal matters.

We are looking for a talented Illustrator with 3+ years of experience to join our team for a CyberSport-related project. If you love creating vibrant, engaging, and detailed illustrations like the ones in the reference image, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality illustrations for an esports-themed project
• Develop characters, environments, and UI elements in a colorful and engaging style
• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure consistency in visuals
• Adapt art styles based on project requirements
• Deliver assets in a timely manner and be open to feedback

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in illustration, preferably in gaming, animation, or CyberSport projects
• Strong portfolio with examples of vibrant, cartoon-style artwork
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other digital painting tools
• Understanding of composition, color theory, and character design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Passion for gaming and esports is a plus

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional design experience and a passion for gaming and CyberSport. Prior experience in the eSports or gaming industry is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality visual assets for CyberSport-related projects, including logos, branding, social media content, marketing materials, game interfaces, and promotional graphics.
• Collaborate with the creative team and other departments to deliver visually appealing and effective design solutions.
• Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and the specific needs of CyberSport projects.
• Participate in the creation of creative concepts and brainstorming sessions.
• Create designs that engage and captivate the CyberSport audience, ensuring they reflect the energy and excitement of the industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and techniques within the gaming and CyberSport industries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work related to CyberSport, gaming, or similar industries (please include relevant examples).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
• A strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for CyberSport and gaming, with a deep understanding of the industry’s culture and visual trends.
• Experience with animation and video design is a plus.
